“Customer service was great, but had problems with their communication between each other, was getting a necklace that was supposed to be engraved with a “Q” on one side and the date of birth on the other. So after my wife gave birth and we knew the date 12-12-23 I called to tell them what date to put on it, brought the necklace back and a few minutes later I got a call saying it was done and ready, which I was surprised being as it was only 15 minutes. Needless to say the necklace didn’t have the plate or charm on it, but rather just on the chain, no problem they said they would get it taken care of they didn’t have a description how it was supposed to be. Then I get a call that they need to send it in to be lasered because the solder would melt the pendant, still no problem just some added time. Go to pick it up and it looks wonderful but they never added the date to the back side of the plate, they tried to add it in shop and it was only readable with a magnifying glass, they offered to send it back to replace/correct it but it’s already been over a month now and my wife just said to bring it home as is.Edit: updated because they reached out and made it right by remaking the whole piece and then we came and exchanged the current necklace we had for the correct one and everything worked out in the long run.”

Kate did an amazing job asking me what I was looking for in an engagement ring, asking all the right questions and showing me many different rings until I found the right one. Even after I found the one, Kate went to see if they could do a little better on the price for me even though I never asked her to do so. “Cute clothes here, but, I just got these boots, they're on display out front right now (May 2023) and they're the SPARKLIEST cowboy boots. They're beautiful. I'm going to see Taylor Swift in a few weeks, and these are the PERFECT boots for the occasion. Had my size, no problems there, and the girl was sweet but brief about helping, which was in my opinion, very nice!”

“Well this is a definite on straight to business no bs they won't rip you off best jewelers/coin people in the surrounding 10 counties. They pay more for gold and silver than anyone else. To top off the 5 star they know what they're looking at without looking it up very knowledgeable. They can tell you within a 90 percent tile if you got real gold without checking but they still check it anyways. Great people here”

“I went in today because a couple of the stones in my reversible pandora ring fell out. It had only been 7 months that I've had my ring so it was still within the 1-year warranty. It was worth over $100 so I was sure it'd be fine to get the stones replaced. At first, I was told by an associate that I couldn't get the stones fixed/ring replaced (I was shocked). But the manager was able to speak with me and help me with getting my ring good as new. I can't explain how appreciate I am of the customer service I received today. If it wasn't for the manager, I would have probably never bought another Pandora ring again. I will most definitely be back. Thank you again for your help today!”
