We had a whole box of several generations worth of jewelry that we wanted to have looked at so we could separate the real items. Jacob Turner, at Jared in Mishawaka, spent at least 30 minutes patiently and carefully sifting through our jewelry and telling us about the pieces. We came in without scheduling any kind of appointment and he was so thorough and helpful, and did not ask for any compensation. Great experience!

I bought a very expensive ring from jared.im merrillville ind. Where regina is the store manager. Needed a size change which come to.find out wasn't needed. And needed pieces put together to consummate my married of a week ago. Merriville charged me for a warranty which you would expect.to cover whole ring .... right ????? Very expensive!!!!! Nope. Called headquarters got jared mishawakas info and Jacob the manager took care of what I needed with no hassle and said I want all my jared customers to walk out with a smile!!!!!! No cost. No hassle!!!!! Jacob is all about customer service which in my book will keep my business!!!!! Jacob yoooouuuu the man!!!!!!!!!! Spicy chicken deluxe from chic filet folks!!!!!! And corporate you need 100 employees like him!!!!!!!! HE IS AND WAS AMAZING!!!!!! REGINA FROM merrillville indiana take.notes!!!! Because I wouldn't purchase a.penny from you or you store!!!!!
Jared mishawaka has a customer for life as long as Jacob runs that store!!!!!!!!

Jared's in Mishawaka, Indiana is by far my favorite place to go for jewelry. The staff there is very helpful, and always help me to find something I love. Especially Angela. I never thought I could be the owner of something so lavish as a diamond tennis bracelet, but she found the perfect one for me and even made it so I could afford it, by listening to me when I told her my price range and then telling me about all the options for finance. I feel very comfortable going in there. Now I own 3 pieces of beautiful jewelry from Jared's, and will continue to grow my collection. If you have never checked it out before, I highly recommend going, and go to the Mishawaka store & ask for Angela! Very down to earth and friendly!
