Checked reviews of local Jewelers before deciding on JR Fox. I was completely impressed with them from the time Kate greeted me upon arrival. Kate did an amazing job asking me what I was looking for in an engagement ring, asking all the right questions and showing me many different rings until I found the right one. Even after I found the one, Kate went to see if they could do a little better on the price for me even though I never asked her to do so. Everything was seamless from the time I walked in all the way through the engagement. She said yes! Thanks Kate and JR Fox!!!

Jr fox is awesome! Such a great jewelry store. My husband got my engagement ring here back in 2015. It's a gorgeous ring and we even loved the store so much and how affordable they are that we decide to upgrade the ring a couple times since getting it. We had the band switched out to a white gold instead of sterling silver, also added a larger diamond, and had new prongs put in this year as well. Every time they got it finished really fast and it was sturdy and gorgeous every time. They really are a great jewelry store and I highly recommend them. Their rings really do last forever! Almost 9 years and counting for mine and it's still just as gorgeous and sturdy as the day I got it!

This has been our family’s jeweler for decades! Doni is amazing! Ask for her and she will take off all of your needs. Not only did she get my purchases set up with screw backs the same day, she also ensured that my ring that I brought in get repaired to not loose any stones. Plus also had another ring resized and it’s perfect!!! Couldn’t be happier and will be back very soon!

The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Ashley was so amazing and was a tremendous help in finding just the right stones and setting that really was perfect. I'll definitely be going back there for all of my jewelry needs first before I go anywhere else! The selection that they have is incredible and if you don't see something in their cases the catalogs are extensive!

I came to J.R. Fox after having reoccurring prong issues with my engagement ring from a different store. The staff was knowledgeable and explained the structure failure that they found in two of my prongs. It's been two months and I have not had any issues with the repaired prongs. Also, I was on a tight deadline and they were able to expedite the repair for a fee.

The staff at J.R. Fox Jewelers is simply amazing! I stopped in multiple times before buying an engagement ring, and the staff, especially Hailey, helped me remain calm, decipher my options, and make the best selection. When it came time to get a wedding band, they were the best! The week of the wedding, we took the band and the ring in to get soldered together, and although there was an issue, the staff quickly put me at ease, fixed the problem, and everything went great. I can’t recommend these people enough!
