I made an appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced and when we showed up for the appointment, no one was there. Literally, the store was open with no staff. I waited for 45 minutes and when not a soul came, we went elsewhere. Wth?

Walked in asked what the smallest size of rings they carried, i was looking for my daughter, the girl was so rude she said we only have size 6, we are all adults and teens in here. This after i heard her berate her coworker for not doing more work in front of me.Definitely will not be back, not like i ever shopped in here anyway, i even debated about going into their sister store. No thanks ill get my 3 year old fine jewelery from macys,or Jared not this pulled apart cheap coated silver, especially where the customer service is lacking.

Went to go pick my online order, I was told I would have to pay for it AGAIN to pick it up and that they also don’t have access to the online orders. They gave me a number to refund my order. Disgusting customer service. Also I heard that the owner doesn’t care enough to get this fixed. I won’t be back.

Just went to go to this store and its closed! The hours say it opens at 12pm. I really needed to get some jewelry for a family function this evening. Guess ill have to shop somewhere else.

Great selection or jewelry for people who may have out-grown Claire's a little (not that you can truly out-grow Claire's). The Icing also has pride flags and some merch year round. I am trying to look into their LGBT tolerance a little more to see if it's really pride or just pandering but so far they look good.

Love this place for accessories and small gifts. The place is fairly well organized but they change their layout around quite a bit. Also, a lot of their stuff can also be found at Claire's, just with a brand swap. Idk if they're owned by the same company but it can be quite confusing.

Vanessa was amazing and extremely helpful. I got my daughter's ears pierced and she was so patient and kind. My daughter got nervous after the first ear was pierced and she was so understanding. I was very pleased with her. Thank you, Vanessa!
