My wife and I relocated from another state and had a pretty complex tax situation. There was no way I could do my taxes on my own and my company has an arrangement with H&R Block. For the first time in years, I put my taxes in the hands of someone else. I’m very glad that that person was Audrey at this location. Not only was she very nice and professional, but she was also very communicative during the entire process. She kept in touch with us and did everything she said she was going to do in the time she said it. When we sat down for our final appointment she explained everything and my wife and I are very pleased with the results. It is always nerve-racking finding new professionals but I am so happy to have worked with Audrey and I am confident She will do a good job for us next year and in the years to come. Thank you so much!

I had an appointment here to get my taxes done and have been getting my taxes done with H&R Block for many years. Well because my appointment said I had questions she refused to do my taxes or look at last years taxes done with H&R Block. It seemed be a blessing in disguise though because she didn't know some basic general answers on taxes. I had to make an appointment elsewhere to get my taxes done. It's tax season hello I need them done immediately.

If zero was an option I would gladly mark that. I paid for them to file my taxes correctly and the way I asked, the weren't filed how I asked, I paid for peace of mind and I had to spend three weeks figuring out what was wrong with my taxes myself. I called complained about the services provided and asked for someone to call me. Here we are weeks later an nothing. The lady was Lynn Cobb. She acted as if she didn't no what she was doing. I would not use these people!!!!!!

I have had H & R do my taxes for thirty years but my experience was so terrible this year I will never use them again. They were uncomunicative on every level. So unnecessarily stressful.
