“Store is a bit disorganized and crowded with stuff in parts, but lots of great products. The line is often long due to only one or two staff working at the registers at a time. When I went recently, two additional staff were playing around behind the register and one walked away, while the other decided multiple overhead announcements were more important than helping a very long line of customers. When I was finally called up, the same two were arguing over who was going to work the register…right in front of me, while I’m there waiting to check out… I do hope they can work on their customer service skills and efficiency a bit. At least I got some nice stuff. Great store if you don’t care about being helped. ??♀️”

Since we were not in a hurry to receive our recliners, the wait time for them to arrive was not a problem. Rose was friendly, cooperative, and a pleasure to have helping us. “decent selection, apparently their dressing rooms are not closed even though the signs say they are. if they are open, could you take the sign off? also it just kinda felt like the employees didn't care too much.
