Everytime I tried to call (7 times) the call dropped eveytime I pressed to speak to someone. Would advise against using them even if they are the cheaper option. Really seems hit or miss. Was able to work out charges in the end so upped rating to 3 stars from original 1 star.

I have never rented a car before and the service I experienced at the hertz on Mishawaka was amazing! All the guys were very helpful and understanding to my needs. Thank you Kenny, Quintin, Jeremy ?

I had a question about my car rental. The help I received was very good and my question about the oil service was solved. The customer service was very friendly, I felt very comfortable and would stop by again if I had a question
