Bought a car less than 30 days ago from Headers Auto Sales... Within the first week or so of having it the back passenger door fell off the track can't use it at all... Now it's sitting in our driveway and won't start. Probably a bad fuel pump most likely. The serpentine belt is off track too and shredding... Haven't even picked up the title from them yet and what will they do? Absolutely nothing about it.. just thanks for the almost 5 grand for the car come get your title and have a great life...
So pissed off. We bought it "as is" so guessing we're just screwed... Meh.
Update: after having the vehicle looked at turns out it's the timing belt so about 1800 dollars to fix that and then there is the passenger side sliding door that we need to have reached because it literally fell off the car the day after we bought it. Plus there is an oil leave and the power steering fluid is leaking... And to to it all of it needs a transmission flush. So basically we can go pick up the title for a can we can't drive unless we want to spend what we paid for it which is basically not worth it.
And to answer your reply Headers we did reach out. Your solution was to refer us to a "reasonable priced" mechanic.

Bought a 2010 Ford Edge. Only had it 2 days and realized it's leaking power steering fluid, have to put some in every day is leaking so bad, didn't realize the entire hatch, and hood is rusted inside and out, and this morning just noticed it's going to need an alternator. Seems like every day I have something else goes wrong with it. I'm so upset.

Bought a Chevy Malibu and not even 12 hours later the check engine light comes on and needs almost $2000 worth of work and no one from headers returned my call. I understand that you buy a used car with the potential of problems, but $2000 worth when we hadn’t even had the car a day is ridiculous.

Just bought a Jeep from Header's and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to see how honest and forthcoming they were. I had heard in the past that I should not buy a car here because they are all lemons. That wasn't case. Yes they do have cars of all years and types to fit any budget with a big selection. I also loved how they had all their inventory clearly marked so you can browse without having to get someone to help you. My biggest concern is when they aren't clearly marked , I may be looking at a car way over my budget and then turn red with embarrassment after hearing how much it is over your budget. I would recommend to anyone, just make sure you ask questions and do your homework before jumping into any investment ?

Very helpful sales crew, Scott is fantastic. Would give 5 stars but you can't pick what salesman you work with if you fill your finance application out online, no changes, no warnings, just stuck with whoever they pick for you. So go there in person if you want to work with a specific salesman, like Scott.

Never buy here, we were sold a 2007 Honda Cr-v ex and not even 30 miles from the dealership we broke down on the side of the highway and were left stranded out in freezing weather for hours. They didn't offer any help and left us on our own. Not worth the time, money, and risk of safety because they will just sell you a piece of junk

It was alright... did not buy anything, but there was a lot to look at regarding vehicles. The sale guy was nice, parking lot clean and all kinds of vehicles.
