I've been here several times looking for a tool box to find that everything they say is available in store is not. After asking for assistance, I was informed that they are located at the warehouse and are unable to get them because the electric forklifts can't withstand rain. (Which I find highly odd considering most forklifts are safe to operate in rain). No sales experience whatsoever. Given the circumstances, it would of been a more pleasant experience if given the option to order the tool box I was searching for and work out something. Instead, I was suggested to make the drive to Warsaw. I've never had a store unwilling to take my money. I'll go elsewhere. I'll give 2 stars because I will still visit frequently for tools, etc.

When low quality, cheaply made, brand tools, at cheap prices, will work in place of higher quality brands, you can't do much better then Harbor Freight!
