Service station is trash they try to charge $300 for a radio code and try to charge my mom $300 to remove one lug nut because it had a key to remove it I recommend using anyone else other than their service I wouldn't even buy a car from them since they act that way like they're so desperate to steal money from people

The purchase process was pretty smooth when we bought our new VW. However, we noted a quality issue with the car that Taddley Greene promised verbally and in writing that their dealership would solve for us. Fast forward a few months and there was zero communication unless we reached out and we received excuses that VW was not going to cover it under warranty. Finally we gave up and worked directly with VWOA Customer Service ourselves to solve the issue with our new car. Buying experience with Gurley Leep was okay, however, the support after the sale was extremely disappointing.

They no longer have loaner car for the customer, my car has a problem, under warranty and they don’t offer a loaner car for me to use in the meantime.

I purchased a vehicle here 2 days ago. I paid 23,000. I saw the car in the evening and purchased it based on the sales person that assured me that he had found me a car that I would like. He focused on the specs that I asked for. The next day I realize there are burns in the seat of the car. The lane assist only works while cruise control is on. The heat goes in and out on the passenger side. My heated seats don’t actually stay heated. They come on and turn off. The steering column is making a noise that is didn’t make when I test drove it. My sales person simply advised me to take the car in to get looked at since I purchased the warranty. Oh yes I was encouraged to buy a warranty even though the CarFax report said Certified Preowned Vehicle. It wasn’t certified preowned. I wasn’t going to purchase a car here but felt some pressure. The sales person said Gurley Leep donates so much money to the community and how important buying within the community is. I really do feel like all they care about is getting a car sold! Now I’m sitting here with car that needs work after one full day of driving it. Purchasing this car was a headache because there was pressure and now owing it is looking like a headache as well.

Jon in VW parts was extremely helpful. I called Vorderman first, as they're about an hour closer to me. Thanks to Jon resolving my issue quickly, I will not be using the Fort Wayne dealership any more. Thanks Jon!

I'm a first-time car buyer, and I had such a good experience with Lance here! I had a few different places in mind for where I'd get my car from, but my experience of customer service was a big reason I kept leaning toward Volkswagen. From the moment Lance greeted my mom and I on the lot, I felt like he was ready to establish a great customer/salesperson relationship. My favorite thing is that he seemed to take me seriously as a buyer even with my lack of experience in car purchasing. If you get a car here, ask for Lance, and tell him I said Hi!

thankful to have the sales specialist at Gurley Leep, Taddley Greene. He made my first purchase on a 2023 Volkswagen Jetta SE very easy and simple. Satisfied with the purchase, I’d highly recommend to have him as your sales person! Great with words and an understanding man. Very lucky to have him. 5 ⭐️!!

While I always have the best salesperson (Omar), I just bought a used AUDI which Gurley Leep did not detail or even give a full tank of gas. I spent 20K and because it was a used car, they will not do anything extra! I think that is absolutely absurd! BUT Omar is the best so at least my salesperson is always awesome! The company as a whole has disappointed me. It’s not like I was obligated to them for anything as I came in with my own financing and they made it feel like they were doing me a favor! The only reason I gave two stars is because my salesperson is the nicest guy!

A huge shout out to Cory Gibbons, Sales Associate at Gurley Leep. We had an incredible, positive experience in securing a Volkswagen Taos SE in one day. We initially had a very bad experience at the Volkswagen dealer in Kalamazoo the 2 days prior. We had a deal, then at the last minute, they substantially increased the cost. We then called Gurley Leep, and Cory put us in a better vehicle, and for less money. Again, all in one day. 5 stars for Cory and Gurley Leep. Will always go back. Izzy DiMaggio.
