I really appreciated Robert Devetski's expertise on the ID.4. I looked at other EVs and Robert was the most knowledgeable salesman across all the brands I considered. In addition, Robert was also kind, considerate and made the buying process streamlined. When there was a slight issue with the car I planned to purchase, I was offered three possible options at the agreed upon price. Overall, I highly recommend working with Robert at Gurley-Leep VW.

Knew what I wanted. They had it parked in front of the showroom waiting, walked in, and walked out with my thumb drive of agreements, and got in my new ride.Had some coffee and a quick chat. Painless, effortless, professional.When the time comes to do this again, it will be here in the same seat that I just got up from.Just awesome, thank you Corey.

They did not check my car battery when I paid for diagnostics; my car is 2019 with 97k miles I would assume they would run a full diagnostic, they did not tell me there was ANOTHER part on my car that costed $1100 to fix until days after I got my car back via an email. When my battery did die and I took it there was told I could not get a loner or didn’t know when I could get in. Never apologized for anything, asked them about my oil light popping on 3x before I was told “it is slightly lower then it should be there may be a slight leak we will have to keep an eye on” the NEXT day after getting my car back it is back on

Service phone system does not work. In three tries I never received a call back. But I learned the trick. Hang up and call again right away! Before I learned the trick I was ready to drive to Kalamazoo. Once I spoke with a human all was fine, although it’s pretty clear that not everyone there is up to speed on EVs.

buy from TADDLEY G !!! We came in and weren’t looking but he changed that. He was so kind and patient. We had a lot of questions and he took time to explain them all. He was not pushy or a typical sales person. Tho we didn’t go to buy that day we did have a budget in mind and he keep us to that payment. He went out of his way to explain the whole buying process and truly gave us exceptional service. We had such a good time with him! He made the whole experience seem less and fun!! You’ve got a client for life with us now!!!

First time using Gurley Leep Motorworks for service on my 2019 MB E450 wagon. What I'm learning is that Mercedes Benz service is different from dealer to dealer, as I've now had experience with MB service in Wisconsin, Kalamazoo and Mishawaka. My experience at Gurley Leep was fine but disappointing on two points; one - a complimentary car wash at other MB dealers has been a great perk - shiny car inside and out! But at Gurley Leep their wash was more of a spray with a hose - my car was visibly dirty when I picked it up with spots that showed where the water had dried and dirt still clearly visible. The service manager explained they don’t dry the cars after washing, and that they don't clean the interior. The second issue materialized ~15 minutes later as I was driving home - tire pressure warning lights lit up indicating my tires were underinflated. The standard multi-point inspection should have caught that. When you pay a premium price for Mercedes Benz factory service you really should expect and receive high quality service. I know several other non-luxury car brands whose factory service sets higher standards than what I experienced today. Disappointed.

1. Expensive 2. Wait time and "drop off" / "Appt times". I dropped my car off at 9:45 AM, with the assumption that it would take no more than an hour/two hours, but instead it took all day (picked up at 5:00 PM). This is not ideal. Why have a designated appointment time if it is going to be all day.
