Took my car for an appointment at 1:30p for an oil change and they said it would be ready when they texted me. I assumed maybe an hour. Called them to see how long it would take since I hadn’t received a text message and they said it would be by the end of the day which is 6p. I have never had an oil change take that many hours with an appointment. Not coming back to this dealership.

Received incredible service over the weekend from the entire Gurley Nissan staff and especially Billy. My car was dead in the water Friday and they not only diagnosed the issue, they expedited the repair, and Billy’s communication was world class throughout. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

My daughter’s Altima was broken into last week while being serviced. Not only did the service department NOT call to notify her- they didn’t even review the security camera recording. They then proceeded to tell her that they are not responsible for the shattered window and she should file a claim with her insurance company. There is nothing posted stating your are not responsible for vehicles on your premises!!!

This is the worst car dealership in St joe county. I took my car to be serviced by them. Someone broke into my car while it was in their care/lot. They didn’t even notify me. I called and found out. They didn’t look at the camera footage and were not helpful whatsoever. To make matters worse. They told me they weren’t responsible for my car being vandalized and wouldn’t cover my window being fixed. I will never buy a car from them nor take my car to be serviced by them. Do not trust this company with your car!

About one year ago I bought a used 2021 Bronco Sport from this dealership, I just now found out that the vehicle had two prior accidents that was never disclosed to me prior to purchase. I just now found out because the vehicle was appraised by another dealership for trade in. ??

We bought a Traverse from here and was very rushed. We was told the car came in a few days ago went through a 92 point inspection. We decided to purchase the vehicle after being rushed the whole time because the salesman kept telling us someone else wants to come look at the vehicle. The next day I found a rock hard Starbucks sandwich in the rear middle console. They must have missed that in the 92 point inspection they did. After a few more days the car broke down on me when driving a few miles down the road. This place has put me and my family through hell for no reason. They are very unpleasant to deal with and will even laugh at you if you think somethin is wrong with your vehicle. I persuade everyone to stay away from this business Unless you want unnecessary problems and a huge credit score drop.

I had my Nissan Altima towed here after a breakdown on the IN Turnpike. The video diagnostic review was spectacular! I could review and visibly assess before I made a decision on repair. Staff was friendly, patient and went beyond!
