Beware don'tgo here for any work on your vehicle !! I thought I would give them another chance after all the damage they did to my vehicle everytime I got a service. I have had two door handles paint chipped off and a dent in the driver's door!! Yesterday 7-22-24 had an oil change and tire rotation and 3 of the rims ( vehicle is ALL BLACK INCLUDING THE RIMS) ARE SCRATCHED AND DAMAGED !!! CHEVY EMBLEM IN THE MIDDLE ARE DAMAGED!!! You would think with an appointment and two hours later they would take their time and care!!!! I GUESS THATS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR WORK!!!! DON'T GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE!! BECAUSE THEY DONT!!!

I dropped my car off to you Monday night and was told my car would be ready by 3pm on Tuesday. I returned at 3:15pm Tuesday.. my car wasn't even pulled in the garage yet.
I waited 2 hours and 50 minutes in your waiting room, while not one of your employees came to update me on a job that should have already been completed. Sad that this 'doing your best'.
WILL NOT RETURN. Have bought 2 cars here and NEVER AGAIN. Story is TOO LONG AND CONFUSING to share here. Contacted their 'Genral Manager' Rocky and have heard nothing back. They don't care about the customer, they only care about the sale!! WORST customer service I've experienced in a long time. Employees honestly do not care about the customer sitting in front of them!! If you buy a car here, do not expect them to care about your car or their promises, after the sale, they are DONE. Would not EVER buy another car here, OR EVER have my vehicle serviced here again. I Was lied to twice. And when I left Gurley leep, MY VEHICLE STILL WASN'T RIGHT!!!!!

I had some warranty work done to the transmission of my 2019 GMC Terrain, 100% covered. They called me and said my car needed all wheel alignment and a new battery. There has been no issues with my steering and my battery was 100% good before they worked on my car. I had to purchase a new battery at $450! They accepted no responsibility for causing an issue with May battery. I feel they were making up things that need repair just to get money from me. After speaking with the service manage I will never do business of any type with them again. Thanks for nothing!!

Had a great experience buying a Buick Enclave at Gurley-Leep. Kyle Lowman was our salesperson. His professionalism and product knowledge were exceptional. He even followed up after the sale to be sure we were happy with our purchase.

Worst experience buying a used car, unprofessional, and rude. Over promising issues to be fixed and resolved with the car. Horrible customer service, practically impossible for a call back. I wouldn’t buy a mountain bike from them.

Very poor management from Rocky and an aweful salesman named Corey!!!!!1st time buyers from here and our experience was upsetting to say the least. The company only cares about making money not making you happy!!! I wouldn't buy a vehicle from here unless you want problems with your car, and stress to get it fixed!!!!

I have always been happy buying my cars from here but, after taking a car in to get serviced, i will never go back for anything the service was horrendous and they were really rude. Do your self a favor and just go somewhere else....

Terrible. They sell you a car and yet have no way of helping you with your warranty policy.
Gurley Leep is a relatively large car dealer in South Bend. I bought a used car here hoping to have relative warranty. However, ten days after I got the car, the battery was dead and could not start. It broke 5 times in 20 days. It was a huge waste of my time.
The dealer didn't check it carefully before selling it to me, and sevice didn't actively solve the problem after it happened. Even though sevice checked it twice, it didn't actually solve the problem. Called Gurley Leep many times and never got a reply from them. What a terrible experience.

Bought a Jeep there in August and have had many problems since day 1. Supposedly it was throughly checked out and serviced. After noticing the car was pulling to the right I checked the service papers they provided with the Jeep and sure enough, it said they noticed it and “fixed” it. Nope. Still pulls to the right. My touch screen starting glitching really badly that same evening. Turning things on, switching radio stations, I couldn’t do anything about it. Now I can’t do anything on it. Then, when trying to use the rear defrost, I realized that didn’t work either. Come to find out the wire isn’t even soldered to the window!!! They didn’t notice a wire just hanging down? I’ve brought this to the attention of many people with no real resolution. They want me to bring it in for an unknown amount of time, leaving me no vehicle to get to work or anywhere. All those cars and not one they could loan me? I went to Gurley Leep because they are well known and I expected better service than this. They got my money, that’s all they care about. Communication from them has been terrible since day 1 also. Saleswoman even told me while there she’s bored a lot just staring at the screen waiting for something to happen, but still won’t reply to a customer? I’m completely disappointed. I had been looking for a year for a jeep and I get one with major problems. I’ll never buy from them again and advice everyone else not to as well.

SERVICE Dept. – Recently went in for an oil change, tire rotation and a break issue. Mind you, this was on a Monday morning. I kindly asked that the vehicle be tested at a speed over 30mph, to duplicate the issue with the breaks (a pulsating / vibration) also felt in the steering column. I have the Cadillac APP and know where they vehicle goes, MPH, distance, and can monitor when the breaks are applied hard. Vehicle was driven around the parking lot and never over a speed of 14mph at an average speed of 12mph. unable to duplicate the issue.I was called Monday afternoon to be advised everything was good to go and in the GREEN. I then asked to have another Tech evaluate and give a 2nd opinion. I was told that was going to happen, only to find out that it didn’t. Tuesday waited for a call, received a TEXT that the vehicle was ready for pick up 30 mins before they closed. I had to ask for a balance owed and a description of services. I was only provided that the vehicle was Green, NO issues.Here we are on a Wednesday, after never receiving a call back that a 2nd look was performed, as I was told several times via phone and text. I then needed my vehicle back.Now, we are at the service desk and greeted by a team member, she asks if I was there to pick up my vehicle. Absolutely. Out comes Service Manager, JESSE JAMES puzzled trying to explain to me that there was nothing wrong with the brakes and that there was no one available to assist me, period. Pay for your services and go or set another appointment for a full break check. Sir, you had my vehicle for 3 full days and never performed a full brake check on what I asked? Also, didn’t charge me for one? I was lied to about the 2nd inspection/evaluation several times, stating it was going to be completed and that it had been done, and all he kept saying was, what do you want me to do? As I explained to him, I would like a 2nd opinion and my brakes working correctly. Noone seemed to be available as there were several Techs/ Advisors standing around at the counter. He also advised that they are not allowed to get in a vehicle with a customer and drive them around? Never heard of that before. That’s weird, I just did that last time I was here with a Tech, remember Jesse? I had NEW rotors/ brakes installed from your Service Dept. -- your Techs installed these.JESSE JAMES you are unprofessional and will never receive a minute more of my time and money through your Services. You as a Leader, should do better and lead by example, I applaud your team for sticking by your side and not breaking as they allow you to be disrespectful and condescending to your customers.If you’ve had a conversation with JESSE JAMES and you were pushed away or treated less than, I am sorry you had to deal with him.You guessed it, still same issue with the brakes. taking it elsewhere now.I have sent several referrals here to the Sales side and have purchased 2 Cadillacs here, Take your vehicle elsewhere for SERVICE. Sales ROCKS!
