We have brought our truck in 4 times, previous owner had the same issue as well. The first visit we were told torque converter but someone else no computer update. It continues to have the shimmy / vibrating issues. Driving in town it doesn't do it. Driving on US12 or 31 it takes about 15 minutes for it to start.
It is a known issue. The fix per GM is to flush and add correct Mobil 1 fluid, a 1 time service covered under warranty.
They wanted us to pay for a door sensor that also was an issue with previous owner.
Anything warranty, you fail to take care of.
Your team is more worried about sales then customer satisfaction.

Super friendly, I was traveling and over mileage. They don’t normally take walk-ins but they understood my Escalade was over mileage and they got me in right away and even washed it for me.

I mistakenly took my car in for the oil change that I scheduled, but I had the wrong day. They squeezed me in and we’re so nice about it. Everything was done in a timely manner, and they washed it.

We stopped in to look at the 2024 Envision and were greeted by Laz, who was very professional and informative. We left with our information, and Laz followed up with several phone calls. We decided to return to the dealership at the last minute on Saturday, and Mike immediately greeted us. He said Laz was not working, but he could help us. He couldn't help us with the vehicle we had come in for. The car was already sold. He continued to ask more questions and finally got Bobby, the sales manager, involved with us. We ended up buying a new Buick Envision. I was happy with everyone and felt very comfortable with the negotiation process. I will definitely check back with them when I'm ready to upgrade my CT5 Cadillac Thank you, Mike, Laz, and Bobby at Gurley Leep.

I purchased a new 2024 GMC 3500 Denali ultimate.
I live in Grand rapids and gurly was much more professional and wanted to make a sale much more than my local dealers. From the time I called John in sales to the time John im sales had completed financing, warranty information and had the vehicle delivered in my driveway was less than 24 hours absolutely amazing!
Patrick the business manager in financing got me the best terms possible, I ran the financing on my own and Patrick still beat that by half a percent.
I found them all very straightforward and honest there was no games.
Definitely recommend these guys!
