Everyone was beyond friendly. Aaron (Mgr) was as so kind to let us see a vehicle after hours. Aaron knew who my husband was, by 1st name, upon immediately seeing him (we’ve bought 8 or 9 cars from this dealership) … as a customer it means a lot when you are recognized. Out salesman, Mike Smith … I cannot say enough. At this point he feels a part of our family. He knows our 3 hour rule, he doesn’t make us haggle (I hate it) … he respects our time which means a lot. He goes above and beyond to make a deal work the whole time listening to not only our wants but our financial requirements. I hope Gates Chevy knows just how amazing Mike is and what a gem they have.

First time purchasing from here and will definitely be the last. I did my own vehicle research and knew what I wanted. I found the truck online at Gates and agreed to their price. That was the only easy part of the process.
They throw out numbers and payment estimates without having actual loan approval from lenders. The salesman sends you notes that are scratched out on a piece of paper. So when you go in to pay, nothing is ready in advance. You will not hear an actual amount until you are signing documents.
I brought in 2 vehicles to trade in. Trade price for Jeep was fair. Trade price for truck was ridiculous. I asked about this and was told that it was because it was going to auction. I wanted to just get it over with so I accepted $2,000 on my truck that they are now selling for $11,100.
Also, turn your phone on silent during the night. I was woken up at 11:30pm by a text from my salesman, Miguel. What businessman texts someone at 11:30pm? This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I am truly surprised by all of the positive reviews because there is nothing professional about this sales staff. They have more in common with a daycare center full of unruly children than they do a GM Certified dealership.

I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THE CARE AND HELP WITH MY VEHICLE. THEY EVEN CLEANED THE INSIDE OF THE CAR. WOW. I HAVE SOME NIGHTMARES IN GETTING THINGS DONE. BUT, GATES IS THE BEST IN MY BOOK. I FORGOT TO MENTION AL IN THE RECEPTION AREA. GREAT GUY.

Bought key fobs and brought em in to be programmed. They couldn't link the fobs but still charged me $64 for doing nothing basically. Wouldn't let me come back with a different fob later without paying again. Ripoff! Last time I go there. Trash business

definitely do not recommend this place as they messed up my car and then charged me for something i didn’t do as well topped it off by screaming at my grandma in the face do better.

I bought a vehicle from them end of Dec 2023. And I’ve had that junk in the shop more than I’ve driven it. I asked them to fix parts on it they promised me they would and they refuse to take responsibility for selling me a worthless vehicle. I’ll never buy a vehicle from here again.
