As opposed to some of the incorrectly attributed photos submitted by other users, this is the location inside University Park Mall.
I still support the chain as a whole but this store has grown to be disappointing. I know that there are trends in consumer spending that play a part here, but it's sad to have a store that is supposed to specialize in physical retail games and have 80% of the store be taken up by everything but. Games are relegated to a small back corner of the store and the rest is Funko pops and other random merchandise.
Not much here for someone like me wanting to browse actual games, sadly.

Preordered FF7 Rebirth deluxe edition (as most I have been waiting for years, so when it went on preorder I did!) and spoke with someone from the store and was told the had my copy waiting for me. I was not able to make it into the store until that weekend. When I had arrived I was given the regular copy and not what I had preordered. I said to the man working that this wasn’t not the Deluxe edition that I had ordered and he agreed that it was not. He took my number down and told me that I would be called by management to resolve this issue. I spoke with management yesterday and was told that they are waiting to hear from corporate office on getting me my game, which I was told that the preorder is one and done. They sold my game that I have been waiting for for years and was told that they need to give there employees more training. To me it sounds like I’m screwed on getting my game since it’s a “One and done” deal. I was told it could take weeks for them to get back with me, which is highly unprofessional. I know it’s just a game but this is not professional nor is it acceptable in any way. Because of some employees negligence I am without the game that I took all of the proper steps and paid over $100 to get just so some random person to come in and purchase the game only to get my copy that you can only get by preordering. I would suggest that if you are in my area that you make your purchases elsewhere and know that the management there thinks it’s ok to leave poorly trained personnel there at this location on a weekend working by themselves. It’s not this employees fault it’s the managements fault for not giving proper training. I preordered my game from the store in the University Park Mall.

Walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and welcome. I was immediately helped and had a solid experience. Great customer service.

Bought my son a controller . He said it came with a little bit of stick drift, very dissatisfying. One star DO NOT BUY CONTROLLERS from here

I called in to ask for the newest Ace Combat game and one of the employees refused to serve me, calling me abelist slurs likr "schizo". I will never attempt to shop here again.

Doesnt have much used games like 5% cheaper than new games. Had a Controllers slip to buy from wall walked looking at games to then go to check out and she just sold last controller to someone that walked in after me. D*** Management.

Went to this location on Black Friday and bought a New copy of Elex 2 for $15. Was given a clearly Pre-Owned copy that had finger prints AND some scratches on it. Only reason Im giving them 2 stars and not 1 is because the game was $15. If they try it again, corporate will be called. So make sure to check ALL your purchases BEFORE you leave this location.

I love the sales. Love the PlayStation hoodies. Glad i bought my PS headset from Game stop to Twitch stream . i can't remember the manager with glasses name but every time i go in there we talk about games she is super awesome. Love this store.
