Tired to go inside and they had a sign on the door that said: “be back at 4pm”, the hours on the handwritten sign said from 3:30-4pm. We left came back at 4:40 and there were at least 10 other people waiting to try and go inside but the door was still locked and nobody could be seen inside or answer the phone.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. By far the most unprofessional and worst customer service. I walked in, and nobody said anything to me. After looking around I stand at the front counter for help. After a few employees walked past me and talked amongst themselves I stood there waiting, until Tony says “I’ll be with you in a moment.” (The first thing anybody says to me.) Then after Tony finishes talking to the other employees who decided to walk past me and chat amongst themselves, he asks me for help. I asked a question and as soon as he started to answer it, the fat, bald, employee with the beard cuts him off to chime in and talk about whatever he wants to talk about. After feeling disrespected for the last time I immediately walk off. I guess that’s when the fat bald guy with the beard who decided to not acknowledge me at the counter, and talk amongst other employees, and cut off Tony from helping decides to ask me if I have a question. As I’m walking off. What a joke of a store. I immediately went to University Park Mall location.

Company is misleading and WILL try to cheat you. They will sell items they know they will never actually have. Why choose GameStop anymore when you have dozens of other choices? Save yourself the headache. It’s not worth it.

Javonn was very patient and helpful with us. He actually took time to inform us and not rush us as we didn't have a lot of knowledge on getting a game as a gift. He helped set up our information to get rewards and insurance on our device. Thanks again for everything. It was a pleasant visit. 20/10 for customer service.
