We were greeted right away from a friendly salesman. We were not rushed and had all of questions answered. We desperately wanted our new adjustable mattress and bed before our honeymoon and we were got it delivered first thing this morning!!! Next day!!!

We needed a bed frame quickly for guests coming into town. I went to the Mishawaka Denver Mattress and the associate, Gustavo, was extremely prompt and helpful. He knew exactly what frame we needed, got it out of the warehouse and loaded it into our car. The entire experience could not have been more satisfactory! And that was my first time in a Denver Mattress store - I was impressed with the layout and the upscale inventory! Will definitely shop there again.

Both the salesman who first showed me different mattresses and the one who closed our sale were very friendly. They didn’t however go over some of the things the after sale survey indicated they were supposed to go over with us, so I’m not sure it was the best experience we could have had, but it was satisfactory as far as I was concerned. They seemed to care that we bought the mattress that best served both mine and my husband’s needs.
