Was told before I drove a hour and half that I could get delivery to Chicago, but when I drive to purchase said couch. I learn they won't deliver to Chicago. Mary was an excellent sales person. But the negativity was the delivery ? And the store manager was extremely condensending. If I hadn't drove 1&1\2 hrs I would have not bought anything.
