Not gonna lie I did get a good deal on these boots I bought there and they were half off. Other than that the store was cute and dainty however, they don’t have much if any xl sizes and it’s kinda pricey. The girls working were really nice and friendly. I probably won’t be back in the store since there isn’t much of a selection but I may check their boots again for deals.

Manager yelled at my children, I left the store immediately. I calmly called back to voice my complaint. She doubled down and criticized my childrens’ behavior and my parenting. My children did absolutely nothing wrong . We simply walked in as a group of 4. My youngest 5, middle 8, and eldest 12. I’m sure it was a bit busy looking while we walked through the tiny store but I assure you, they were not misbehaving. Her issues was when I had my children stand close to me near the fitting room in the back next to the clearance. My 8 yr old decided it was a good place to stand out of the way when I asked her to do so. My 5 yr old decided to follow suit and tripped over her foot. This is when she angrily shouted at them. That is when I decided to leave immediately, my 8 yr old was in tears and embarrassed that she got yelled at by a stranger and the store full of costumers stared at her.

I have been to the store three times within the last 6 months. The first time in the store the sales associate greeted me and was very helpful and friendly. The second and third time the sales associates were Very Rude, no greeting when I walked in and I was not even asked if I could be helped. With that being said I will never visit the store again. I will continue to shop on line . Also, on a recent visit to Kansas CIty, MO I visited Francescas their. The sales assocate was wonderful.
