This is the worst Family Express I have ever been to. I waited in line for over 6 minutes while the cashier, Kassandra, was finishing a fight with her boyfriend. She was rude when I asked her to ring me up. Never shop here. Just avoid it all together. Kassandra has an attitude that makes you just want to leave. When I finally did pay, she cheated me out of $5 and when I said something she quickly gave me my $5. Watch your change if you go here too.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!! Staff was so rude! And for what because we asked that the food we are paying for is fresh!!! Gas station food or not I do NOT want it hard, stale, and out dated!! SMH TRASH!!!

I paid at the pump, but I didn't get any gas. $61 was taken out of my account and the females working were very rude about it and wouldn't authorize another pump for me.

This is the closest location to my job. I usually stop by in the morning b4 work, around 9:50am or so, to get breakfast, donuts, or a hot chocolate. About 75% of the time I go, their hot chocolate machine either needs to be refilled or it's not working. And when it does work, it only fills the cup about 70% thru. It doesn't even fill it all the way to the top. And this is a medium cup guys not a large one. They almost never have any breakfast sandwiches at that time. What they do have instead are slices of pizza. Seriously guys, pizza b4 10am in the morning? Disgusting. This morning, I go to get a hot chocolate, machine wasn't working. They refilled the hot chocolate cartridge, I tried it again, and it still wasn't working. I was in a time crunch cause of work, so I decided to just buy some donuts. There was one person in front of me at the cashier. This cashier was not trained properly, she had to call the manager over 3 different times to take care of the guy in front of me. This was not the fault of the guy in front of me but the employees. 1st time she called them was to ask the manager where she can select the car wash on the screen, 2nd was to ask a question about a safe, and the 3rd time she called the manager over I just put my donuts on the counter and left. I ended up being 5 minutes late to work with the inconsistencies of this facility. If it happened once or twice, then I get it. But this is a constant occurrence and I would not recommend this gas station to anybody.

It's only a good place to go if it's slow since the bald guy left. You'll have a line 10 ppl deep, 1 person at the register while 2 or 3 others are standing around acting like they're working or "stocking" during peak hours. I've waited in line for 15 min. I come here all the time out of necessity so it's not a one time thing.

The only other Family Express I've been to was in Warsaw Indiana on my way to Pennsylvania and it was super late when we went. This location has a large amount of hot food, making it that much better of a stop on long distance road trips so you don't have to go to a second destination for quick warm food. Their pizza seems to be the star of the hot food scene here, and they were $5 for two slices when I was here. There are two gender neutral bathrooms that are one person at a time and handicap accessible. The bathrooms were clean making this gas station a good spot for a quick bathroom stop. I didn't interact with the employees, but my husband did and said they were friendly. If you need gas, food, drink or restroom, Family Express has you covered. They also have some outside seating if you want to enjoy the good weather for a moment before getting back on the road.

Customer service is awful. Went today, 4/5 around 1:30. The two women working we're talking about whipping people. Not very work appropriate conversation. Especially in front of customers. My boyfriend ordered a cookie. We didn't know they just get them off the shelf and put them in the oven. The lady who was cooking was so rude about it and made a big show about how she will do it if they have them and we had to grab it for her. She looks older than me and I don't act like that. Especially at work.

The clerk wouldn't let me use my coupons. She said I was holding up her line. At that point, noone was behind me. My boyfriend went in and talked to her and brought me back in. She was again rude, stating " come back at 2:30, there will be someone else here to wait on you.". Mind you, I have given this business since they opened. I used to drive cab and purchased most of my gas there. Now, she refused to sell me 6 packs of cigarettes because my coupons are annoying. I would suggest, until she is fired, no one frequent this location. I had to go to another location to purchase my cigarettes, even though their rack was full. I guess cash isn't welcome there anymore.

Creepy, very very creepy. The mirrors in the bathroom are very sketchy. All I wanted was to pee and get swedish fish.

If you use a NetSpend or prepaid debit card here and you pay at the pump they will hold a balance of $50 over your purchase for 24 to 72 hours but if you use their ATM and it's free of charge
