This store is the best Dollar General, very clean and employee's are very friendly and helpful! Betty is there most of the times I go and she is such a hard worker...an asset to your company! So refreshing to see!

The cashier/manager was rude, disrespectful! Cussing and screaming at me with my almost 2yr old with me and my 20yr old daughter who is pregnant and due October 22nd! Accusing me of being someone she told never to come back there! After i had been shopping over an hr and asked for help because the register paper was jammed! Then kept saying I was lying, how I must have a twin! How she knows it was me! Then she looked at a video because we kept telling her we hadn't been to that location in months! She sees on her phone it wasn't me and instead of apologizing she goes on and on about how stressed she is working 50 hours a week! Never gets days off and has 5 children at home!!! Well welcome to adulthood sweetheart! No one forced you to work at dollar general! No one forced you to lay down and have 5 kids! Those are all choices your own doing!!I work 70 hoursa week and have for 2 years since opening my own business, between my husband and I we have 7 children, I also care for my 75 year old mother who's bedbound, on hospice and dying!!! Guess what those are all choices I've made! I sat there listening to her disrespect, curse at me, upset my children, fixed her printer her and decided not to just walk out leaving her $172 worth of merchandise to put back! First I'm sorry but I knew she was wrong and not speaking about me!!! Second I didn't spend an hour to hour and a half picking everything out we needed to have to go to another location because I needed a lot of the items the following day for a baby shower! That's the entire reason we went to that location! We have a dollar general at the end of our street that we frequent! They've been out of something we needed and I checked online before going! It's sad a gentleman customer apologized to me and she didn't!!! He even laughed and apologized when I asked for the manager and she said it was HER! I SAID THERE'S NO WAY! HE EVEN SAID UTAH UNFORTUNATELY SHE IS!!! She then flopped her name tag around so we couldn't see it! Like again sorry but I have my receipt! I'm sure corporate can find out who was working!!! She TRAUMATIZED BOTH OF MY CHILDREN AND THEN HAD MY DAUGHTER TRYING TO REPEAT CURSE WORDS!!! Po I have called corporate and really really really expect to receive a response and phone call before Thursday of this week because I've decided that come Thursday I'll be seeking counsel for this! I'm sorry but the fact that women looks like she's strung out tells me she shouldn't be working around children or items they touch, could put in their mouths everything else. The fact she did nothing but make excuses for her actions instead of apologizing sincerely! Not just saying my bad! You must have a twin running around! The fact I was embarrassied the way I was and humiliated was uncalled for! There is a way to do things in a professional manner without causing chaos, fear, a scene, customers to have to stand there waiting forever. The fact that the look on my daughters faces alone is what upset me the most! My daughter looked soooo scared and should never in her life be made to feel like that in a store or anywhere!!! That seriously bothered me really bad! Then because I have a friend who's worked in dollar general for years I was speaking with her about it and she trained at that store and knows the girl even confirmed this cashier is on drugs blew my mind and the minds of the 75 guests that were at our party!!!! So i honestly hope a district manager/ corporate manager or someone pretty high up contacts me this week.

This is by far the nicest, cleanest DG I've ever been in. I'm visiting the area from about 90 miles away and stopped in during my stay. This is the first DG I've ever been to that wasn't full of stock waiting to be put away or employees that were jerks and reeked of cigarette smoke. The store was neat and the cashier was nice.

Very clean store and it has the most courteous staff! Maybe one of the best places to shop in town. Most items very competitively priced to boot.
