They’re fast but they have broken 1 of my tire studs off and had issues the last 2 times I’ve gone there. I recognize my vehicle is old but 2 times in a row seems like a consistent problem. They were willing to pay for it the first time the second they were not. Customer service was good though.

If you're looking for a tire repair, or new tires, look no further. Discount Tire is THE way to go. We stopped in on Saturday for a tire repair, and the associate, Justin, went above and beyond to help get us back on the road again. He came out to my vehicle and examined the situation, explained what had happened, and set it up for repair. They repaired it in a timely fashion, and I was able to get back on the road safely. He was friendly, courteous, and polite. Though he had a long line of customers, he never once rushed us along, or treated us any differently. I will be a discount tire customer for life as long as you keep hiring employees like Justin!

I stopped by to air up my tires. They have a place in the parking lot, on Grape Rd, where you pull up and an employee comes out and puts air in for you, I did give the guy a small tip but that's not required.

Jordan and the team was amazing.! I had a piece of metal and then they found a nail in the same tire that was picked up as I attended a funeral coming from out of state. They were so attentive and professional and just downright rockstars! Everyone was doing their particular roles and everything flowed seamlessly. They were like a real life pit crew. They got me on my way in about 39 minutes and were just pleasant.
