“I've had excellent service everytime I've been to your store! However 2 individuals stood out during yesterday's visit! Greg a cashier was polite, curtious, helped me quickly and wrapped the oils I purchased very well. Prior to that he helped with my return and I've never had a return go through so quickly and smoothly.
The other associates name is Drew. He works in Sephora he was very helpful and knowledgeable also very polite!!!

“I was looking for a big luggage and found one cheap that airlines will be able to destroy on the 2nd flight. At least it was very cheap. It it a nice place for quick shopping.”
“I went in to pick up our new riding mower and needed to rent the trailer from the Niles location. The manager on duty on Ireland Rd felt bad about their trailer not being rentable that day. We had some issues with the mower and with all the issues we had the manager called Jordan out to help with loading my new mower on rented trailer from Niles. I joked about if I could have Jordan come unload from trailer and she said absolutely he can follow you and unload it to make sure it was working fine. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure that my new mower got loaded and unloaded perfectly. After he unloaded it he also made sure that I knew how to work it and what all controls were. I just wanted to tell Jordan thank you for his hard work and dedication to his job customer service was phenomenal. Jordan at the Mishawaka store on Ireland and bremen highway deserves a raise. And a superhero shirt.”

“I will like to say thank you to Dru. He was patience with me while I was trying to figure out this coupon situation. Dru was genuinely, helpfully, knowledgeable and accommodating. He called his manager to see if I can get the 20.00 off 50.00 purchase. Unfortunately the manger denied me the 20.00 off coupon. Dru has excellent customer service skills. I really appreciate him!”

Parking is intense due to the small footprint of the lot.
Employees are hard workers and fairly knowledgeable. Outdoor garden is well stocked with live plants. Checkout wait isn't bad.
Extra busy on the weekends though.
Outside yard is well organized and easy to access. Guard gate is busy but the waiting time to come and go is reasonable. Probably the best Menards overall I've ever been to.”
“Ordered a couch with the help of salesperson Diane S. at the University Park Mall in Mishawaka, Indiana, despite the fact that she wouldn’t receive the commission because I initially worked with a different salesman. Next piece of furniture that I buy will be with her because of her professionalism, patience & kindness.

“I went to Burlington last Friday and I was very surprised with the name brands and the lower prices than I’d get anywhere else. I found renewing Argan oil of Morocco Ogx for $7.99 25.4 fl oz I’ve paid upwards of $20 or more for the same conditioner. Mane n Tail detangler was $3.99 that’s an awesome deal too. I will definitely be going back when I have more time to look around because I saw a lot of really good deals there. The minute I walked in to Burlington I noticed that a lot had changed since the last time I had been there. I think it’s been a few years since I’ve been to Burlington. It was very clean and organized I could find things very easily.”
“decent selection, apparently their dressing rooms are not closed even though the signs say they are. if they are open, could you take the sign off? also it just kinda felt like the employees didn't care too much. I understand if it's difficult there, but it just didn't seem like a super great environment”
“Special search for pocket pitas. Only found 2 pkgs of wheat pita, needed four pkgs of regular ones. Next to me was a "'Meijer Shopper" asked me if he could help find anything . Mentioned my needs, he kindly went around corner, brought me exact product, then offered to return the unneeded packages to their rightful shelf. Didn't treat me like an old gramma!”

The phone to this service is picked up by a live person within seconds..which is a rare and very pleasant experience in today's automated world. I've ordered my grocery items on line and everything is fresh ready for me at the time of my choosing.”

“Store is a bit disorganized and crowded with stuff in parts, but lots of great products. The line is often long due to only one or two staff working at the registers at a time. When I went recently, two additional staff were playing around behind the register and one walked away, while the other decided multiple overhead announcements were more important than helping a very long line of customers. When I was finally called up, the same two were arguing over who was going to work the register…right in front of me, while I’m there waiting to check out… I do hope they can work on their customer service skills and efficiency a bit. At least I got some nice stuff. Great store if you don’t care about being helped. ??♀️”
