Definitely going there again, the new owner knows how to do the hoodie the way I wanted it to be like, even helped with suggesting the hoodie color to match the pic. I gave him, told me how to take care of it. Basically i had an awesome experience!

I bought a hoodie at Victoria's Secret on 7/30/23. Baby blue. I brought it to Customized Teez to have my logo added to the back. The young guy pressed my logo on, charged me $25, then put it in the bag. He said nothing about care. I took it home and didn't wear it until 8/12/23. I washed it, hung it up to dry. The screenprint bled all over. I brought it back and the guy had to be called to his booth. It was an older guy, big. I explained the issue. He said I can't wash it right away. I said I didn't wash it for over a week. He said I had to wash it inside out. No one gave me any care instructions. The hoodie would cost me $58.80 to replace. He said he could give me a black hoodie. That would not have been the right color for my logo. And his hoodies were no where near the quality as VS. He said he couldn't help me. I was surprised that he was refusing to make it right. He said to call the owner but wouldn't give me the phone number. He finally said okay he'd give me the $58.80 back. But he didn't return the $25 for the printing that I was out. I didn't push the issue. He gave me $58, and told me to never come back. I've been there three other times, so I was a reoccurring customer. It wasn't my fault his employee didn't tell me care instructions. It's not posted. He should have made it right without question. He's only getting the second star bc he finally gave me $58.
