Was having some issues with transferring funds from my other bank to my community wide account due to issues with the other bank. Was at a deadend with idea how to proceed until I called and was connected with Andrea. Not only did Andrea do everything she possibly could from their end, she went as far as getting on my other banks website and helped me figure out their unnecessarily complicated system. After already nearly an hour on the phone just getting funds sent from the other bank. I followed up with her again once my other bank released the funds on their end and she even went to her co-worker and ensured the funds were received and would be processed into my account the same day. Wouldn't have been able to figure it out without her assistance and will be doing all of my business with her from here on. Thank you again Andrea.

Have been going here for years. Teller at the drive thru snapped at me because I rang the bell, I genuinely did not see her sitting there. There’s a piece of paper covering where she sits from the outside and I even squinted to see if there was someone sitting and saw no movement. Her hair looked like it was part of the chair she was sitting in, she was camouflaged from my perspective. Please take a second before you catch a tone with customers for making honest mistakes.

That’s the worst bank experience I’ve ever had in my life I have a car loan through there and on the Avenue I was told when I open my banking account that it would never go over which is a lie because it goes in the negatives all the time the app doesn’t keep up they put a certain amount that you can spend even though the monies in there plus on Fridays when my check gets deposited it doesn’t go on my card until the bank literally opens which is ridiculous it should go on at 12 AM

I recently got a car loan through community wide and tried making payments online, well there app is terrible and double charged me. On top of that when I talked to both Goshen and Elkhart location they were very unhelpful and would not stop the 2nd payment nore would they refund me my overdraft fee even though it was an error on there end. I'm very disappointed with there service and ended up having to pay a total of 62$ just so I wouldn't have 300$ taken out of my account for something I did not get confirmation on.

I'm tired of trying to call and be on hold for a half an hour. Why do they not answer the phone. Every time i call it says caller number 7. Is there just one person for all the community wides that answers the phone? It shouldn't be this hard to get a hold of your bank. Does anyone there care about their poor service?

Starting to get extremely upset when I call the bank I shouldn't have to wait on hold then no answer then have to call back 5 more times and STILL NO ANSWER.! then when you go inside they hear the phone ring but does anyone answer.? no.! I mean come on even the managers don't show some respect and answer a phone for someone who waits for a half an hour to get ahold of their bank..it's getting old I'm close to switching to a different bank update.... 11 times so far I have called..still no answer and I have been trying for almost an hour..I want whoever is above this bank and I'm complaining when I do
