I've been buying beds (at least 4 now) from Comfort Sleep for 25 years. I will never ever spend my money elsewhere. The service is unmatchable, the selection and pricing and buying process are all exceptional as well. I've never felt rushed or pressured to spend more than I was comfortable with. A-1 top notch, none better.

I can not recommend them enough! They have competitive prices with even the big box stores, their showroom is nice and clean, and all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had bought other mattresses from them before and was quite happy, but when the last one had a manufacturing defect that showed up after a few years (no fault of the store), I was hesitating to start a warranty claim with Serta, not wanting to deal with it. I called up Comfort Sleep to ask about the date it was delivered to me, and instead, the owner came out to my house the next day to take care of the claim! We went and picked out our new bed at the store and Joe even entertained our 2 year old so we could test them! Joe is the best and not on Grape road! Thank you!!

If you ever need to buy a new mattress, I highly recommend Comfort Sleep Mattress Center in Mishawaka. My husband and I bought a new mattress there four years ago and it wasn’t holding up. We were planning to purchase a new one, but my husband decided to call Comfort Sleep since our mattress wasn’t that old and should have still been in decent shape! The owner, Joe, came over to our house, looked at our mattress, determined it was manufactured incorrectly, and had us come in and pick out a new mattress. We didn’t have to do anything other than pick out a new one. Joe is super nice! He happily answered all of our questions. He also gave my toddler a new ball and taught her how to catch it while we picked out our new bed!

Recently purchased a mattress and platform from Comfort Sleep and are pleased with both. Their customer service is outstanding! Karen was professional, knowledgeable and great to work with! Had an issue with the platform, but Joe quickly responded and replaced it with a new one. Their delivery/installers were also very good to work with. We’ve already recommended Comfort Sleep to some friends and relatives.
