Elevator is nice

We always come here. And since new owners took over. It's still just as nice. But they actually have the pool open. And it's heated. So the kids always have fun. No matter what time of year. The rooms are decently priced. The breakfast is always good. And the service is usually nice. Sometimes the rooms could use some work. But with the amount of people In and out. It's not that bad.

The room was very spacious and was also pretty clean. The bathroom was very nice but could use an upgraded toilet (taller & newer). Renovations are needed for the cracked & soiled ceiling in 3 separate areas in the bedroom area, from previous leaks. One area seems to be from the outside wall and 2 other areas from the room on the upper floor. The light from the hallway shined brightly through the side of the bedroom doors. As I walked to the elevator, I noticed several doors to roo.s where you could see the ceiling inside of the room. It appears there has possibly been a shifting in the structure, causing some of the issues. The swimming pool area was clean, but the pool can stand serious scaling of the I side upper walls (they were very dark). The pool water was fresh. There was a nice variety of breakfast food choices, but the staff was very slow about refilling the chafing dishes (the lady there on our very 1st day of breakfast was excellent, but that was her last day there). Staff was pleasant once you rang the bell for them to come out to the front desk, but they all seemed to stay closed up in the office area (including possible housekeepers & the person managing the food area). The price of the room was excellent and overall the room was nice, but next time I'll pay more money for a better experience. This is the 8th hotel I have stayed in when traveling to this area, but it was by far the worst. Oh, I forgot to mention that all the windows need serious cleaning, especially the ones that are right off of the dining area. They are horrible! You can see just how bad they are when you pull up to the hotel. I there were abandoned rooms on the other side of those windows. This is sad because I have stayed at many Comfort Inn Suites, but this property can use a lot of help!Noteworthy details: See the review!

Stayed for a ND football game. Clean and very nice staff. Great location close to campus and one of the less expensive hotels for football weekends. Breakfast was average.

NO AC!!! I had one of the worst nights of my life, no AC in the rooms, it was 80 degrees. I woke up several times sweating like a mfr.As I arrived at their parking lot I thought “wow, this is a really nice building, why is it so cheap?” $71/night. Well, you get what you paid for. Before checking in the lady informed me the pool wasn’t open and asked me if I wanted to check in anyway but she never mentioned NO FREAKING AC! Because if she said “oh by the way, there’s no air conditioning in this building” I would’ve walked away. Rooms are clean tho! Sleepless night and $71 down the drain.

I drove all the way from Detroit michigan after calling and confirming my arrival, and the girl at the front desk DID NOT MENTION THE POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER. Shame on you comfort suits. Very poor reflection on the brand. When I arrived she THEN told me about the pool being OOO and asked me at 9:45pm if I want to go else where….are you kidding me???????

Best hotel I’ve had in a long time, For price to quality it doesn’t get better. Soon as I came in I had the pleasure of meeting the receptionist Lisa, who was helpful and one of the nicest people I’ve met in a while. Saw the pool is open which is rare today. Got up to have a real full breakfast with eggs and bacon. Which was cooked up by another worker Shamar who was also a friendly cool dude. Rooms spacious and clean. Ignore this snobs saying otherwise, I’ve been in hotels all over for the last 8 years and I gotta say it don’t get better for the price than here.Rooms: Got a single bed, and it could fit 5 people.Food & drinks: Right next to jersey subs, if you don’t have one I highly recommend it

This was an awful stay. The room was dirty. The linens was stained. The place smelled of weed. This is not a friendly family place. The pool was so cold you could not swim. When brought to the attention of the evening front desk he said he didn’t smell anything and blew me off, which is disrespectful considering I had 2 kids. There was only 4 channels on the t.v. The pool has mushrooms growing between the tiles. The bathtub plug did not work also the vent for the bathroom was broken. This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The only positive thing I can say is the young lady at the front desk during the day was very nice and she was the best part of our experience. I will not be staying here again and recommending no one else does.

Called yesterday at 1209pm. and asked about debit card policy and deposit. The female front desk agent just said, "I don't know about that "!She didn't offer to put me on hold to find out, didn't offer to have the manager call me back...nothing!! She was no help what so ever! Worthless!!I can't complain about poor customer service because there was no customer service! Definitely lost my business, and with employees like that, I discourage everyone from staying there!!

I got the whirlpool suite & the jacuzzi jets wouldn't come on ( whole point of getting the room was for the jacuzzi ). The guy at front desk came in my room around 2 - 3 am, while me & bunch of girls were sleeping. I went down at 6 am to make a complaint about the jacuzzi & front desk walking into my room, he refused to give me his name, refused call his manager, & refused to give me cooperates number.

This hotel was clean and efficient. The biggest boost for an over the road worker like me is the fact that so many amenities are within walking distance. Tons of food choices and shopping for the necessities.
