This place is pretty run down. The carpets were worn, green pool, the fixtures and appliances were yellowed and beat up. My bathroom was ok, but found a piece of (skin?) in the sheets so opted to sleep on top of the bed. Over all overpriced, and I would not stay here again.

Room was ok but bathroom was not real clean. When housekeeping came they put in new towels but did not mop or vacuum. They did not even make the bed. A light from pool wall came off into the water and they did not seem to care. Free breakfast was lacking and items not stocked well. We will not stay there again.

The shower has great pressure, rooms are clean, decent breakfast, lot better than the expensive hotels. No bugs. Stayed here several different times.

For its price you can’t get a better deal anywhere else.

Easy check in and out. Not a noisy place. Breakfast was on point.

Food & drinks: Breakfast was good place was clean.

Not a great stay! Shower was completely not functional. Nobody really seemed to care. Will not be back!

This is the best comfort inn in south bend, Mishawaka area period!! awesome service , no deposits , no bad rooms , great whirlpools , my favorite customer service worker is LAUREN she did great helping me!

Fair enough price for this 3 story place. Nice pool too. It took me a while to figure out the TV. Bathroom smelled nice. Clean bed sheets and clean room

Very clean rooms, front desk was fast and easy checking in!! Would definitely recommend

For some reason they charged me $250 dollars for no reason. Called to talked to manager Monne and she told me it wasn’t in her system so she wouldn’t refund!? Terrible don’t stay there!
