Employee didn't know how to get the pumps started correctly. And had me move to another pump. Paid for my gas got 9$ in and he canceled my pump instead of the other one. And then proceeded to try and tell me in very broken English my card didn't work. I tried explaining what happened and it was a simple fix. But he proceeded to freak out and called someone and completely ignored me. He stayed on the phone for over 8 minutes while other customers waited. Then wanted me to wait for someone to come in. Don't leave people alone who cannot do the simplest things. Doesn't understand the language. And react angrily when they make a mistake. I have been going here several times a week for years. Since change of ownership customer service has went downhill very fast. I DO NOT recommend going here.

The credit card reader on their air pump doesn’t work. When I asked for $2 in quarters the guy said no. What in the world.

While most independent gas stations around here tend to be a little dirty, shady prices and hardly speaks English, this one is fairly clean, has english speaking attendants and fair prices. Not quite Speedway level of amenities and perks but that 99 cent grape soda isn't going to be magically $2.50.

Small inside. Great location , easy in and out . Safely lit. Closed at night. Nothing really wrong with Citgo here, just small inside. You still get basics. Cold drinks. Gas. Bottled water. Candy. Ect .Clean and safe area.
