“Love this store and plus size options. Old Navy is spot on for fashion, stocked inventory, choices and affordable prices! The 40% off sale was extremely great. The store was clean, organized and fitting room was too. They didn't have things piled up in rooms or on the return rack which is nice.Emma was wonderful, very helpful and sweet! She went out of her way to find me sizes and offered some great recommendations on styles. Kathleen the store manager was terrific too. I cannot remember the young man's name that helped too, hewas great too! All in all really good experience.”
“I needed to return some leggings I bought yesterday that didn’t fit my daughter, and I didn’t realize she’d taken the tag off until I was at the counter working with Renee. Their policy is that, even with a receipt, you need a tag in order to return an item, but the manager on duty, Kim, took an extra minute to help me, and she was able to find the leggings in their computer system so I was able to return them after all! VERY grateful for both Kim and Renee’s help today!”
