I used to work swing shifts and slept in a pitch dark room when I had to sleep during the day. One day the phone rang while I was sleeping, and not knowing what time it was, I got wordy with the caller, asking why he's calling people in the middle of the night. After that day (it was about noon, not 3am), I swear by all that is good...I got 3 calls per day, EVERY day for a month straight. I never answered, because I was like "touche phone guy", but yeah - that happened. I don't bank with Chase, needless to say, and obviously never will again.

Specific tellers are very rude they've even messed up messed up my money, where I was out $50 they say that it wasn't them and I basically stole my own money. Called to speak with a manager and the manager was also rude to me. Now the tellers involved don't even greet me when I go there. Suspish!!! They don't wear named tags so you can't say thir names unfortunately Because a few are very nice.

I have been through Chase Bank for many years and have never had any problems with them. Every location I have been to has always helped me with whatever I needed. I can say when living in Elkhart, IN their were many locations to choose from but in Mishawaka, IN there isn't but 1 on Main Street. We need more locations here.

The banker there is rude and unprofessional, he refused to open up an account because " I nEeD oNE mOrE ID " even though I gave him two IDs!! He did not even care enough to at least say I'm sorry like other professionals.Anyway I went next to bank of America, they were nice and courteous.

Overdraft fees are just high enough to keep you poor. Why, when people are so poor that they have less than nothing would you take even more? I've been strongly considering getting an account somewhere else

Honestly, I'd like to say that I understand measures taken to protect employees from covid. However Chase and their response has not been to serve customers better, it's to serve LESS customers. Their branch now only accepts appointments that are booked weeks out in advance and a manager promptly denies entry to anybody who needs help. Furthermore they now close two hours early! So keep this in mind if you decide to visit. The close time is now 4pm on weekdays. Makes it very difficult for anybody who works to visit a branch to get things done. I wish that they'd make an effort to minimize service disruptions.

Slowest bank ever. Doesn't matter if it's drive thru or inside. Only ever 2 tellers including drive thru. Yet there's always a greeter and multiple important people in offices watching while we customers wait FOREVER for easy business. I've never been in & out in less than 20 minutes. Very "corporate" cold feeling, in my opinion.
