“I recently had Vince and his mechanics do you work on my vehicles I normally don't trust anybody to work on my vehicles except for me but after meeting Vince and his mechanics which I did get to me everybody there as such a friendly place I will never take my vehicle anywhere else and I have a small fleet that I trust Vince and his mechanics with and his prices are the best around you have to make an appointment but once they get your car in the work is done fast and with professionalism Vince makes sure of that I believe that Vince inspects every job”

Jessica, you are amazing but Enterprise Corporate-why do you allow your website to reserve a vehicle at a specific time for that car along with time range that cannot be fulfilled? Bad business along with customer service-please review and do better corporate, we love your company and team but feel this is a HUGE opportunity.”

“Went here twice. The second time they had to chage my car as the one I reserved was unavailable. However, they gave me a van for the same price as the sedan I booked.Beware this is a relatively small car rental, if someone decides to keep their rented car for an additional day, it is possible that they will have to change your reservation (it can't be prevented by the staff).Staff are very friendly”

“I had a very stressful experience trying to rent a car through Enterprise. I reserved a car online, received a confirmation email, and even took a Lyft to pick it up. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was told there wouldn't be a car available until the next day. The employees were unhelpful and rude, which only added to my frustration.
Thankfully, I went to Hertz instead, and the difference was night and day. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, courteous, helpful, and kind. They got me into a car quickly, which turned my awful day around. The car was clean, comfortable, and ready to go right away.
Overall, my experience with Hertz was excellent, and I know where I'll be going the next time I need a rental car.”
