Do not go here. Terrible service and they tried to lie and sell me a new computer.I had a problem with my charging port and asked them to check it out. They came back a day later and called to say the motherboard was fried and offered me several options to buy from. I felt that that assessment was wrong and decided too buy a usbc 90 watt charger for the secondary usbc charging port to see if it would charge. Sure enough thing charged, turned on, and ran a game. Then when I brought my findings to them to try and get a refund the guy on the phone tried to talk me in circles about how since it was not charging it must have been fried. This means they stuck the charger in, never tried the other charger, then immediately gave up when it would not charge. They did not even try.If your looking for help do what I did and go to Miles Repair Shop on chippewa Avenue. Litterally could not ask for better service

I highly recommend this place, with great honesty this place is good for both computer maintenance and assembly, the technical team is very professional. The person who is at the front desk is very friendly and easily help you with any questions at no cost. It is the best place to bring your PC.

I have used C&P in the past for my computer and hardware requirements. They are great to work with! My retired neighbor lady friend needed a new laptop. She wanted to have someone guide her through what would work best for her. We took her to the store to meet with sales department. The sales person Justen at C&P was so helpful ! He surveyed what laptop would work best for her and transferred data from her old laptop to the new one. Justen spent some time with her and setup the start screen and login that worked for her as well as how the new software operated. She was extremely happy and satisfied with C&P and the staff. There is satisfaction with purchasing from a local business that gives personal support after the sale. Thank You Justen !

They were recommended by the Apple Store to have them service my computer. I took it too them and he work done. When I got it back i made a comment about having 500mb of hard drive and not the original 1tb. They said we didn’t feel you needed the 1tb so we installed this one as you didn’t have a lot of data on it. I purchased the computer with 1tb for a reason.I would recommend for fast service, however not letting the customer know until they pick up the computer they put less of a hard drive in than before, I would not recommend.I am not a computer guru.Thank you for correcting the concern, we will highly recommend you guys.

C&P exceeded my expectations. Customer service was top notch. They did more than I paid for with a PC repair and they were very affordable. Could not recommend an organization more. I needed a new cooler installed to my pc and they got it fixed in less than 24 hours. I had been searching for places but was super happy when I found this place. Most other places didn’t seem to know what they were doing and the wait to replace a part at Best Buy Is 5-7 days but this place is super professional. Thank you

Super fantastic everyone I spoke to was super nice. Built a new behemoth of a pc and had a few issues with storage optimizations and USB slots. Took it in and they had it fixed within a day. Super helpful staff and excellent workmanship. Found out my SSD was in the incorrect M.2 slot and they moved it for me as well.They even did the cable management better than I had it. This is the 1 stop place to take your tech for anything!
