My wonderful nail tech is on vacation in her home country right now . Another lady did me and it was okay. Same thing done to my nails like always. I’m charged 40.00. That’s all. I’m charged 42.00 this time. Why??? She didn’t do nothing special. I pay by credit card and cash for tip.I come in once a month. This isn’t right . I get gel nails and they’re short, Like I said every was done the same wAy as Tei does it. This isn’t right.

Went to the store in granger on January 10th for gel builder full set, my regular lady was not available so a gentleman did them, I asked for them to be short they were not short, they were to long and he did not shape them very well at all, I called and went back in on January 19th at the Mishawaka store to have them fixed and they put me with the same man instead of my regular lady and still did not make them short or shape them better and still charged me $5 bucks to redo them. I have been going to the granger store for awhile but will be calling around to see who else can do gel builder nails or something similar. I can’t do regular acrylics because I’m allergic to the powder and or acetone. Very disappointed, if someone is unhappy with the way an employee did their nails and they go back to have them fixed why would you put them back with the person who they were unhappy with?Very disappointed with C K nails now

Very kind staff and don’t usually have any complaints, but this last time I went my nails came out a disaster. They’re not filed evenly, they’re too thick, and when the tech filed my nails she ended up breaking the skin around my finger tips. I wasn’t due for a fill but I had a nail break (not due to any fault of the nail techs work) but before it ripped completely off I figured I’d just go get them redone. I had matte black and when the tech soaked the black off she didn’t clean my hands afterwards so I left with black polish all over my hands. I then asked for a tip to be glued on to my natural nail because it had broken so low and I didn’t particularly want to cut my already short nails, she said “okay” and then proceeded to not glue a tip on and then make my nails so short that the skin underneath my nail was hurting. Long story short, I didn’t complain while I was there, she was very kind, I just wasn’t heard and my fingers are fairly sore. Won’t let me post the video of the black all over my hands but you can see where I was cut.

worst quality nails i’ve ever gotten. I paid $55 for black coffin nails 3 days after getting them a nail breaks off and now 5 days later another nail broke. i do not work a job that is hard on my nails or do anything that would make them break. when i got them done it was very rushed and she cut my finger in a few places. i will never go here again.Service: Acrylic nails

Their prices that are listed are false I went in and got a simple fill and design which should’ve cost at most $30 and they charged me 55 for them. I didn’t even get the design I want or how I wanted it nothing close to the pictures that I showed her Very dissatisfied would not recommend will not return waste of time and money. And I went in with a group of three other people they took the three other people I was with that were getting full sets. Continue to take to other people after they took those three and then we’re like oh you need it done too and I was like yeah I am the one who originally walked in and said we are here for a fill and three full sets.Service: Acrylic nails

No matter the technician your nails will be gorgeous. Only keep in mind one technician is a younger male who seems hyper and doesn't always listen closely. (One nail was glued crooked) I told him about it and he just chuckled.

The nail tech I normally use was not available. The girl who ended up doing them did a terrible job.several nails were smudged. My cuticles were also rough. The next day one of them chipped. I went in and showed the owner and asked for a refund or credit. He refused and said the polish was probably bad. It was his polish and I pointed that out to him. If it was bad then he should throw it away. I also said that as the owner he should also be responsible for the type of work his nail techs do. His response among other rude remarks was that manicures chip, and if I don't want chips then I should get shellac. Fortunately my nail tech felt terrible the way I was treated and the way my nails looked so she fixed them for free. Terrible customer service!!!Services: Pedicure

She was very rude and rough. She jammed this long, metal thing all around my toenail and dug it in so hard and rough down the side of my toenail that I yelled out in pain. she mumbled sorry and that was all, instant blood. and now my toe is swollen and very painful. the top coat is very dull, my sisters nails took forever to dry because the lady put it on so thick and they got messed up. you would think after 45 min they would be dry, but no. I definitely wouldn't return or recommend. I've been nipped before but I've never been hurt like that.Service: Pedicure

I really want to love this place. Some of the people are really nice. But today I had a disappointing experience. When I walked in, I told the man who greeted me that I wanted a regular manicure and regular pedicure, not gel. I told my pedicure tech that again, but I must have failed to tell my manicure tech that. I assumed the man who greeted me would tell her. In the end, she ended up giving me a gel manicure. I should have realized right away that it was gel that she was putting on my nails, but it has been years since I’ve gotten a manicure so I thought the process for a regular polish manicure had changed. I asked when she was done if it was regular polish and she said no. The reaction I received made me feel silly for not even knowing. I said it looked nice, but I don’t like gel and said that I said I wanted a regular manicure when I walked in.I understand gel is probably more of the norm and I could have caught it. But I didn’t. At that point, I should have asked to be charged just for a regular manicure, but I was charged for gel, which I think costs $15 more, and now I have to deal with getting this polish off of my nails in a couple of weeks. Rather than the staff apologizing for giving me something that I said I did not want and making an accommodation for payment, they charged me more than I wanted to pay and I left feeling silly and with a gel manicure I didn’t want.

Appreciate them for being open during this crazy weather… BUT I have never felt less than satisfied about my nails before and now this experience has been my first ! They paired me with the most inexperienced nail tech of my life who couldn’t really understand what I was wanting done to my nails. She struggled with simply painting and it was to the point where the man who’s also a nail tech had to tell her about holding a steady hand… I meannn wth I feel bad for even paying what the cost of the “service” was.

Beware of this nail salon and any nail salon that my message applies to. I will not return and hoping to find a nail salon that is culturally respectful to non-Asian clients (especially to people of color). I had a most unprofessional experience that you need to read. Please read this twice and share with your friends.First, I respect all cultures including the Asian community. It is obvious the Asian community owns the majority of nail salons in cities across the US. However, there is a lack of cross cultural communication skills that need to be acknowledged in this salon and others. For example, most of the Asian nail salons have majority of workers who do not speak English. I believe they try to get as many customers as possible to make money the priority. However, your customers want respect and for you to show consistent sanitary procedures. All nail salons need to be cleaned according to the professional standards of owning a nail salon. Period. I sense greed is the motive, but integrity.Usually, one or two persons speak English and they are management. This is unacceptable and needs to change. The young lady at this salon was new and performed my pedicure understood nothing I said and she came across as rude. She didn't ask if water was too hot which is was. The lack of understanding went on and on to other things until I asked for someone to intervene. Management takes advantage of customers who are not Asian. You speak in your native language and make fun of us and actually lie about facts. Stop doing this!Lastly, I understand the owner of this salon owns one if Granger too, but doesn't use the same quality products. This is deceitful and not acceptable. You own no mistakes and make customers pay for additional services to correct them.We (all cultural backgrounds) do not have to take this abuse of service from this salon or any other Asian nail salon service in this region or any other region.Services: Pedicures
