Such a neat store! There are so many things in all one place that I would like to have otherwise have been searching for online or running to many different stores. It's organized, so whatever you are looking for is easy to find. (Harry Potter has a section, Star Wars has a section, and so on)

Honestly with how cute and organized this store is i'm sad to give it 2 stars. Today I stopped in to purchase a few Christmas gifts (happened to be over $75+) while my husband ran to do some of his shopping. As I proceeded to check out; the young lady checking me out asked if I wanted to try to fit it in a bag.. due to circumstances (like my husband and I meeting back up). Who seemed to be the manager, interrupted next to her; proceeded to say that she was unable to give me a bag because the box could not be squeezed into a store bag. The young lady (oh so confused) then asked if she could at least try. The 'manager' held the bag up and said "it doesn't fit see! it's too big and this bag is too small. no we can not give her a bag." At any other time in the year; I would not have cared. However, the 'manager' should rethink her actions and responses. They were overly unacceptable and very unprofessional. Maybe she should acquire the skill of flexibility; after all, her profession is within customer service.
