I purchased a new phone from the kiosk and ask to have my kid’s phone number transferred. The worker typed in the number wrong and the number never transferred. Multiple phone calls to the kiosk and to customer service gave me the same response— even though it was his mistake, I have to open a new account and pay for another month of service even though I already paid.

Boost mobile outsources their customer service calls to foreign nations that barley speak English therefore the service reps are unable to understand simple customer services requests. I’m sure we have enough people in America without jobs that you could pay decent salaries if Boost used their resources to fund call centers in America that actually function instead of getting disgruntled customer who can’t get help with issues and get fed up and choose other carriers

Jayla went above and beyond to meet my needs and standards. She even stayed after her shift was supposed to end to make sure I was all set. Absolutely stunned by her customer service and am shocked she is not the store manager. Will be giving referrals

Dakota went above and beyond not only for me but for the customer ahead of me as well. He was very patient and throughly explained what he was doing for both of us and fixed my phone whereas when I was speaking to the customer service rep online they couldn’t. Just one more reason why we have been and will remain a Boost Mobile customer for years to come! Thanks again for making a stressful situation for me so much more bearable, would recommend this location because of Dakota’s great customer service ?%!

Bought a boost mobile phone and couldn't get service, took it to the store and even the workers there said they don't use boost mobile because of the poor reception and they use another carrier and now I do also,sorry boost.

Dakota was a good sport although the accessories wasn't compatable with my phone but he went the extra mile Wich is rare this days we need more Dakota's as salesmen at Al retail stores

Kaylee was amazing. We purchased 2 upgraded phones, and not only was she super friendly, but she had everything up and running very quickly without a problem and was able to answer all questions without hesitation. Would gladly come to her with any issues that may arise.

Dakota Palmer the Manager of this store was COMPLETELY AMAZING!! He took so much time with me regarding everything needed. And he was so patient with my little boy, very attentive. I was very impressed and decided to buy accessories for my phone and give him an awesome review! He totally deserves one! I have dealt with Dakota in the past and he was amazing back then. I honestly did not think he could get better than he used to be because he was THAT good at his job! But tonight he proved me wrong! Thank you for hiring him. He is an asset to your company! I WILL BE BACK , AGAIN!!

Very pleasant experience, went in thinking I was going to spend more than what I did, I didn't know I was able to get a upgrade but Frankie got us rocking and rolling out of there and saved us $50 off our phone.
