Came in at 10am and left at 3:25. All I got was 1 new tire and a wheel alignment. Go elsewhere for faster service. Shouldn't have been $300 either.

I've taken at least 2-3 tires to the Belle's in Elkhart for nails and they fixed them with no issue. This last week I was going to run some errands in the Grape Road area and needed another nail hole patched. I took the tire (off the car) and took it to the front desk. Aiden told me that he could not fix it because the nail was on the tread and that if he did put a plug in it, it would not hold because it would wear off and start leaking again. Then he proceeded to tell me that he would be happy to sell me a new tire to replace it. He obviously did not want my business. I just turned around the walked out. Took the tire to Zolman's on US20 and they repaired it, no problem. Stay away from this location. They lie and try to sell you things you don't really need.

Belle Tire refused to replaced the valve stem on my wheel. I had brought the same wheel in two days earlier for a nail hole. They patched that, and sent me on my way. I came back in to get the valve stem on the same wheel replaced, because they had not actually fixed the whole leak. This time, they refused to do the repair because the tire was "too worn." As per manufacturer guidlines, the tire is fine and does not need replaced. There is even a wear marker molded into the tire saying it is fine. They were blatantly lying to sell unnecessary new tires. I am displeased and unimpressed. Discount Tire took it with no hassle, and are fixing it right now. Give them your business instead.

The kid up front needs to lay off the weed before he comes to work, he's lost in the sauce. Quoted me $476 "out the door". Came back to pay and it was $560 I said I thought you Quoted me 476? Apparently he doesn't know what out the door means or he is just too high and incompetent to know. So they put on 4 new tires and then proceed to tell me that the tires are gonna wear because you need some parts in the rear end. Why put brand new tires on????? This review doesn't really matter because the owner is gonna put some auto reply and tell me how she will address the issue... TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE... THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!!

I drove my car here to get one tire replaced. At the time, no lights were lit up on the dash. About 20 minutes after I left the shop, my tire gauge warning light came on. I stopped to check the tire pressure on all tires and they were good. I went back to the shop and let them know about the light, and they came back and told me that the sensors on 2 different tires (not the one they replaced) were now bad. I said so you're telling me it's just a coincidence that the light was off before I got here, and 20 min after I left two sensors went out? He said yes, and of course they can fix it...for a price. I passed, went home and googled how to, and reset my TPS system, and problem solved. Save yourself some time and money, and go somewhere else!

I traveled in from Michigan and developed a suspension issue late Friday night. These guys went out of their way to ensure the vehicle was fixed before they closed on Saturday. Fantastic customer service and they kept me updated throughout the process. Aiden and the tech were especially helpful. Belle Tire has a new customer for life!!!!

So after having a horrible experience at the Portage Road Belle Tire, I had my daughter make an appointment for a front end alignment at the Grape Road location for a front end alignment that was diagnosed at the Portage Belle Tire a few days earlier. Of course, my daughter made an appointment, and showed up early, and proceeded to wait and hour and a half until they were able to get her vehicle looked at. She was told that they had to diagnose the dimensions, even though she had just gotten a report last week from the Portage Belle telling her that she needed an alignment. The store manager told me, when I called, that she had scheduled a “check alignment” appointment, and not an actual alignment appointment.
The manager did walk me through the discussion that he had with my daughter, and he was cool and calm, which is typical with the Belle program. I believe that young women are taken advantage of in these stores. I have never had any issue at Belle, but my daughters are routinely fed a line of garbage because they don’t know what the work is, or how long it should take, or if the outcome is positive. This time my youngest daughter was so frustrated with the long delay that she didn’t notice that the store had included a $40 annual free inspection to her bill, which is different from the price she was quoted ($99 alignment cost $139).
After these two visits to Belle, I don’t recommend sending your daughters to Belle. Please don’t let them make appointments online, since this seems like a great way to rip kids off. The only thing I can leave a positive review for is Belle’s training of their management to keep a calm demeanor when explaining their failures. That is excellent, thank you, Belle.

The staff here were absolutely amazing! They helped me out when I was traveling and 3 hours from home with a nail in my tire. I was back on the road in about an hour! Thank you again!

When you come to Belle Tire, it's possible that your wait may be longer but it is all worth it for the service. The employees are very friendly and are honest with you and won't just try to sell to you. I would recommend to anyone who wants reliable, fair, and honest service.

Shout out to Belle Tire (4811 Grape Road, Mishawaka, IN). They fixed a flat for me (for free) when their competitor said it couldn't be done. They also somehow managed to close my roof so I didn't come back to a soaked vehicle after a pop up shower. Thank you! I will be back.
