I scheduled routine service on the website for my leased Honda. When I arrived I gave them my name and told them I had an appointment. They said thank you and directed me to the waiting area. Two hours pass. When I sought out help I was told they don’t take appointments for oil changes and I would be served on a first come first served basis. It would have been REALLY nice to be told that when I dropped it off thinking I had an appointment. Over 2 hours to wait for an oil change and tire rotation on a Tuesday morning.

I had a 10am appointment for an inspection, but my car wasn't even looked at until 2pm. They did find issues my initial mechanic did not find, however, the next day, out of nowhere my car won't even start now.

I was in town from Chicago and my lease was almost up. I decided on Basney since me and my family have used them for many years. Matt Podlin was amazing! He was never pushy and he was professional throughout the entire process. I’m loving my new HRV!

Everyone was friendly. Unfortunately oil changes are only done first come first serve and it took 2 1/2 hours. There was no time estimate given when I checked in. I drove from Goshen because this service was included with a 2020 Civic we bought last year from Basney, but it was hardly worth my time. They need to schedule appointments.

Steve in service was great, they diagnosed and repaired seatbelt issue on a 2022 accord that Gerber collision in laporte could not do. Works good now
