I had an interesting experience here yesterday. My check engine light came on so I wanted to have my car plugged into the computer to see if there were any sensors gone bad or if I was just having a misfire.
Whoever the woman was who was working was extremely snotty with me when I asked if someone could come outside and check the code. Her reply was they don’t do that when it’s dark and basically thrust the code machine into my hands and told me to do it myself. First of all, it wasn’t dark yet outside. Second of all, maybe learn some people skills?
So out I went and figured out how to do the read myself. Came back in and the guy working was actually really helpful then and helped me get what I needed, apparently I had purchased some bad gasoline before hopping on the toll road.

i bought a battery here for about $200 and when i tried to return it because it stopped working the clerk said i could only get a new battery instead, (i had already got one from another place.) so what i'm just gonna get another shitty battery from you? this place is garbage.

Rude customer service! Would never recommend the Lincolnway Mishawaka location!!! The girl answering the phone should NOT work in a job that requires customer service.
