They don’t give you a proper description on what you’re buying. say everything’s all good but it isn’t whatsoever. after 2 months of owning the truck had to throw 3k into it. they didn’t give any reports on what happened in the past and over priced it by wayyy too much

Worse place to buy a used new car I got a 2012 Ford Fusion . When they said only the breaks was bad. Which the were the radio didn’t work but they fixed it Had it for about two days and it started acting up I took it to 3 places to get it hooked it up and they said the “ engine light “ was turned off because nothing was popping up on all three different meters on top of that within 3 weeks the whole head gasket needed to be replaced, called them to let them know the car was junk and the man told me it was sold as is .. being s single mom of two I feel played and used. They just money hungry I do not recommend!!!! A waste of 4000 !!!! I do not recommend!!!!!

Stopped by while looking for a new used car... didn't purchase but everyone on the lot was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! This was a great place had great cars in good condition. Thank you for making my stop a very positive experience.

Everyone is very nice and professional. I would feel 100% comfortable sending a family or friends here to buy a car. They don't pressure you into something that isn't what you are looking for. I popped in one day told her my budget and the type of uses I would need the car for and she never once showed me a car out of my price range or a vehicle that just wasn't something I couldn't afford to maintain. Just another reason I believe you should shop your local businesses. Love my new Pacifica thanks guys!!!

BUYER BEWARE I bought a used auto transmission for my 2015 ford focus, i thought i was getting a good deal here at Automix for what they said is a 60k mile transmission with a 1 year warranty that will cover the transmission and its internals. (I was about to have the dealership rebuild my current transmission which would have Cost $600-700 plus labor) I bought this used Transmission, had it installed which cost me $600, not even a few hours of driving spread over the term of maybe 5-6 days go by and the transmission started to slip, i take it back to the dealer to have them test it, they said its for sure slipping and will need to be taken apart and rebuilt with a new dual clutch (which takes place of a torque converter for better gas) I contact the warranty center and they tell me they are not going to cover it because that "part is not covered" So now im Not only out of the $600 in Labor, im also out of the $430 i spent on this used transmission that i thought i was getting a good deal on. Along with that im still going to have to pay the dealer another $600-800 plus the original $600-700 for the parts to rebuild this now useless transmission that was sold to me by Automix sales. Moral of the story, if its too good to be true, it probably is... dont buy used parts from these guys, Their not going to stand behind their products. At least ford will warranty by parts and guarantee their work. I think the least they could do is give me my money back and take their garbage back but even when i ask for that i get ignored by the warranty claims personnel

car broke down next day . $5000 down the drain . tires rotted , wont run , new battery ,had to put new tires, now catalytic converter .

Staff was very professional, the mechanic who was helping us (owner was on his way back) didn't speak very good English but he was very sincere and helpful while waiting for the boss to come back. Didn't end up buying from them but overall experience was good.
