Our experience with Rose was good. She was very informative and not pushy about making a sale which we greatly appreciated. Since we were not in a hurry to receive our recliners, the wait time for them to arrive was not a problem. Rose was friendly, cooperative, and a pleasure to have helping us. She has kept us informed about our delivery schedule which we appreciate.

My sales people were so, so good. My first one (Matthew?) spent a crazy amount of time me because I cannot make decisions for anything. I kept telling him he could help other people but he was committed to me and he was such a huge help. By my 4th visit. There I was ready to purchase and Matthew was gone. A beautiful and charming woman stepped in and although I made sure she knew that Matthew had helped me, she willingly put in all of the time to get the order and payment together …and it was a long time. I was so impressed w her bc I knew the commission would go to Matthew but she didn’t seem concerned about that. I loved that about her. I got her full attention even though I wasn’t really her client. My delivery men were above and beyond professional and friendly. Unfortunately for them, I needed them to do some extra..and then more extra…and then more extra moving of furniture. They were careful , friendly, professional, and so so helpful. It was raining and they were sweating but they never said one word of complaint. Those two men deserve a raise! I will be back!
