I recently purchased an iPhone through Verizon. Had difficulty loading new apps. Verizon was no help. Met with Justin at the Apple store and it was a great experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you Justin!

I called the 800 number and explained my problem which included that somebody had thrown up on my laptop they said I needed to take it into the Apple store so I drove an hour away to take it in and when I got there the technicians told me they would not even look at it because it was a biohazard which I understand but they should have told me that on the phone. I did not appreciate them wasting my afternoon.

Love the employees here they're very kind and a pleasure to talk to. From the managers on down. They're helpful and knowledgeable in what they do. It's always a pleasure to do business. I have never been to a business where I felt so welcomed and was promptly taken care of so fast every time. It's the most consistent business I have ever done business with.

Worst computer ever. It updates and wakes me up. It needs a password to do anything. I have owned hundreds of computers as a technocrat and these are made to own you, not to work for you. Terrible.

I dislike Apple and hate going in there for anything. Staff is usually rude and talks down to you. I avoid at all cost.

Brian is my most favorite Apple employee. Him and the crew always take great care of me. The last visit I was there for over 3 hours. I felt terrible that it was taking so long but we were able to download everything off my computer and we were able to set up the hard drive so that would be compatible for my other computers and then they successfully wiped my computer so that I could donate it. I love purchasing my products in the store as well so they always take great care of me and answer all the questions. I wish I could remember more names, but I think you would do well with anyone at the store! Thank you all!
