The woman I had was very rude. I believe her name was Tracey. She didn't tell me her name, I learned it after I called back because a nail broke. I thought I would try this place for a simple fill. Won't go back.

this used to be my usual place but not anymore. they made my nails look horrible. the lady sat there on her phone and barely said more than 2 words to me. for over $100 dollars this was not what it should have been.

Got a manicure here a few hours ago. I have a severe latex allergy, so I’m always very vocal about the need for latex-free gloves. Today was no different. After explaining the situation, the guy checking people in went to the back and then came back with gloves he claimed were latex free. He directed the tech to use them. Within 20 minutes of leaving the salon, my eyes swelled up like bee bites. Either the gloves or something used was definitely *not* latex free! Won’t be coming back.

If you’re looking for a simple, inexpensive gel manicure, this place is perfect. My nail tech was Tu (sorry if I spelt it wrong), but she was so kind and great to talk to. She shaped my nails, cleaned up my cuticles, put lotion on my hands, and cuticle oil on my fingers. My nails feel so nice now ? I paid $40 including my tip since I paid cash (you get a 5% discount if you pay cash).

It's hit or miss here. They definitely need new polishes. They have old polishes that look to be years old and no good colors to choose from. The last Pedicure I got here was awful. The gal acted liked she didn't even want to be there. Didn't say one word to me the entire time. Finished the whole pedicure in 10 minutes or less. Polish was super sloppy and she barely massaged my calves. I won't be going back due to my experience with her.

My daughter just had a manicure for the prom. The technician did a horrible job. She did not cut/file nails very well or let her choose a color, and they came out lumpy and uneven, with dust stuck in between the polish layers. Not friendly. Paid $35 plus tip for nothing. Having them redone elsewhere. Do not recommend Allure!Service: Gel manicures

I used to like Allure. My past 3 experiences have not been good. Each experience was a scheduled appointment. First: The tech rushed through both my sister and my mani…left cuts on our fingers and the gel chipped and peeled in 2 days. Second: I took my 3 year old there on her birthday for our first mother/daughter mani/pedi date. They did my pedicure first, then wanted me to go across the salon to do my mani while leaving my daughter alone to do her pedi. I said absolutely no, I wouldn’t leave my 3 year old by herself. Clients nearby agreed a child - especially a small child, should never be left alone. Third: I went for mani/pedis with my 2 family members. We were seated completely separate from each other, rushed through (didn’t trim cuticles), and my dip mani is chipping and peeling off after 6 days. Hands down one of the best nail salons I have been to. Was a walk in that sat at a booth within 5 minutes and the artist did a phenomenal job!! Didn't hurt my fingers and dealt with life calling my phone every 5 minutes lbvs. Definitely going back to Anna again ?Found Van and have seen her twice..... newest set ??? love the pink

Really happy with how my nails turned out! The lines are impressively straight and the shape is well done. The only thing is she cut me on my little finger on the side and it bled. But I understand that it happens. My friend was very happy with her nails too! Will go again!
