I have been waiting for over 4 months for my cpap-bypap I've ended up in the hospital 2 times heart related and have called left messages . No return as of today I'm on hold one has picked up been waiting now since 427 it is ,440. Just shame!!!!!! If not resolved by tomorrow going somewhere.

The supplies customer service staff are unprofessional, lack knowledge of their products, and were very rude & impatient on the phone & in person at the business itself. I literally left their establishment having to remind myself that I'm to "turn the other cheek" as a Christian in order for me not to blow up at the customer service representative. I will never give them my business or allow anyone I know to go to Alicks without giving them warning to prepare to be ignored & talked down too by employees. Truthfully, Mark Adams

I have used Alick's a few times over the years and had a good experience each and every time. This last visit I had an appointment with Cathy for my compression socks and she was very thorough from start to finish. I would recommend Alick's for any medical need.

I wish I could give this company a less than one star rating. On a couple different occations Ihave found that they overcharge for items just because they can. I was told recently that my insurance required 10 months of rental for a CPAP machine before my insurance would pay for it. I reached out to my insurance company and found out that they only required 3 months rental for a new unit and no rental to cover a replacement unit which is what my prescription was. I was blatentenly lied to so that more money could be charged for this machine. I have also been quoted $103.00 for some CPAP supplies that I have found to be a maximum of $20 when I buy outright from a CPAP supplier. So they gouge my insurance for $83 over the price of the retail item. Please have your medical provider do some research on this supplier before just blindly sending business to them. Update: Alick's did reach out to me after this review. They called and re-verified with my insurance that my CPAP should be 100% covered. They are bringing a new device to my home this morning, which I appreciate since I recently had knee replacement and find it hard to get out. Thank-you!

This place is terrible. If you need medical supplies in South Bend just look elsewhere. Their customer service is atrocious, some days big crowds with no way to tell who comes next, you can't get hold of a respiration therapist for CPap machine when you have questions or need supplies, and when you finally get someone to replenish your supplies, they either won't put in the order to send it (this happened a year ago), or they send half of the wrong items (this happened today). I try to make an appt. hoping this will make things easier, but that doesn't work either. In my opinion this is another medical service company that only cares about the bottom line and not the customer.
