Went in for tires, originally. Went back for a front tire. Customer service was amazing! She went above and beyond! She showed concern, explained things in detail, and she definitely took care of me and my bike! I will be recommending this place to everyone!

Action cycle went above and beyond and got my husband's bike done in less then two weeks just in time for his birthday. Not only did they beat competitors prices, the service was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return.

I went in and ordered my tire, Laura and her team got my bike in as soon as the tire arrived. I got my bike back the same day. Wonderful customer service and they all truly care about quality over quantity! Will continue to come back

Saw my tire was in bad shape right before a roadtrip and was in need of a rush service. Laura was more than happy to help me have it taken care asap so I could get on the road. Would recommend Action Cycle to anyone that I talk to. Such nice people who care more about the customers then most of their shops in the area.

So I have to tell my little story! My friend wanted to surprise her husband with new tires for his upcoming birthday and she didnt know anything about how she was going to get this done for him. So.. I called North end and asked how much for the 2 bike tire's..they quoted me 400.00 to bring the tires to them... and for new ones to be out back on time! Well I didn't have a way of getting those tires OFF HIS BIKE.. And asked how much if I bring you the whole bike??
600.00 if I could get the whole bike there!!
Yeah.. So I decide I'mgoing to go to Action Cycle on McKinley in Mishawaka! I walked in and There was truly an Angel at the counter named Laura! I told her what my friend needed.. 2 new tires and asked for the price tif I could get the bike there..gave her all the information she needed..and THE TOTAL BILL WITH EVERYTHING WAS........ 475.00
!! WOW JUST WOW!! She was the nicest, kindest, loving, caring soul I'd met in years and years! We got the bike to her around 10 am this morning and the bike will be done before his birthday!!
Just hoping he dosent look in the garage!!
Action Cycle is the BEST PLACE TO GO FOR ANYTHING YOU NEED AND THEY WILL BEAT ANYONES PRICES!!

My boyfriend ordered a custom chain for his bike. He mistakenly ordered a to small chain & had to reorder through action cycle and when he went to being the wrong chain back in & purchase his new one. (The long one was more $) He got a $40 discount on the longer one and was able to return the wrong one! AMAZING customer service!!
