Terry is solid! Very knowledgeable and more than professional, he's personable! He spent plenty of time to educate me on the specifics of the different products and helped make the best decisions for my needs! This place has a great selection of everything you could need for your home, whether it's TV'S and entertainment or furniture and appliances! If you anywhere near South Bend or Mishawaka, I highly recommend doing business with ABC and ask for Terry! He's a pro! Thanks for a great experience ??

Greeted at the door by a salesman. He took us to what we were interested in. He was able to answer all our questions and gave us time to talk about it. There was no pressure to buy anything but I liked it because he was not pushy and he knew about the appliances he was selling.

there delivery drivers are complete a holes trying to bully a female into signing something that you had a missing item in your inventory I waited all day for my delivery and you going to try to take something I paid for yeah I don't recommend getting your stuff delivered I been a loyal customer over twenty years and they treat you like complete trash I give a zero then the salesman Alex trying to say I had to sign something even though my remote control was missing check your inventory before delivering i wasn't going to let them take anything I even said u going to have to fight me or call the police I spent close to a grand to be bullied I'm getting ahold of the BBB Monday and human rightsi

I won’t purchase a thing here again. Bought a LG thin q washer and dryer in May 2023. The washer is not spinning out clothes. The man on the phone pretty much was like not our problem call LG. So now I talk to someone who is not from here and trying to get the situation resolved. It’s been a hr so far with no results .

One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.I bought a Samsung dishwasher online using Affirm and chose to pick it up curbside. The email said to call with my order # from my car, which I did, and was told to go inside by the employee who answered. I spoked with an older guy at the counter and he looked up my account with my phone # which gave old orders but finally found the right one (however, it was not showing to be a Samsung brand). He also said my order had not been pulled yet and had someone go do that (even thought the email said it was ready). He then asked for my ID and credit card; I gave him my ID and explained that I used Affirm to pay for it so there is only a virtual card, which I showed him. He said I needed to talk with the manager and dismissed me by helping the person behind me in line.The manager was dismissive and rude (I dealt with him a few years earlier for an LG smart fridge I bought there and he sold me the floor model even though I had paid for and agreed to buy one new in box, but that's a different story...). He shrugged his shoulders and said he needs the original card and turned his back to me (his way of telling me he was done with me). He started doing other work so I raised my voice to get his attention and explained that I used Affirm and explained what it was. He claimed to be familiar with Affirm but he said he "never got an email saying they don't need physical credit cards". I said "I guess we have to cancel the order then" and he seemed happy with that; one less customer to deal with, I suppose. I voiced my frustration with their store, their policy, their lack of customer satisfaction, and so forth. At that point, he said he could call someone to try to see what could be done and asked if I wanted him to. Being frustrated, I said, "It depends; what are the odds it will work?" He then hung up his phone and said he was not going to call and then canceled the order. Instead of doing what he could to help a customer, and stating that early on in the process (which would have made me feel appreciated as a customer and as a human being), he chose to be vindictive. I will never go to this dirty, run down excuse for a store again.

Went to ABC after Lowes wouldn't let us pick up the refrigerator we paid for so we came in here. Terry was the gentleman who helped us get the same refrigerator at the same price with same 0% interest. Terry was very professional, had a wonderful time chatting with him as we finished everything up. He even got it delivered to us the next day. Terry has definitely gained 2 customers for life. We appreciated the same town, great work ethics he had. The 2 young gentleman that brought the refrigerator the next day were just as awesome. Very careful with bringing it in and setting it up. Just an all around great experience!!!!

I couldn’t praise this experience enough. I was blessed to have Terry Thomas as our salesperson and the entire process of purchasing a new TV for my daughter couldn’t have been easier. Typically My husband goes and deals with the details of big purchases, today he wasn’t able to go with us. Terry was knowledgeable and helped me find the TV we were looking for that was on sale, through the process I never felt he was pushy or tried to sell me more. We were in and out of the store quickly with exactly what we needed! Thanks Terry, we will be back to see you in the future! You have forever won our business.

Sales people were friendly but the installers were not happy to be working and were unfriendly and could be heard complaining under their breath.
