I have only gone inside twice, and the smell is so horrible, it's one of those that will be etched in my memory forever. I'm sure they allow people to smoke inside, but it's worse than that. The first time I went it was unbearable, but I thought, maybe they had a burst pipe or toilet overflow, so I ran in again tonight. No dice. Smell was just as bad if not worse than I remembered. I asked the employee what was up with the smell and she looked at me like I was crazy. She said she didn't smell anything, which is actually insane. I just don't know if it's me or her who's crazy. Either way, I'm never going to put my nose through that torment again, which is a shame because the location is convenient.

Heads and shoulders above their new store down the street. While it's an older building, employees are friendly store is clean and the coffee is always great. It appears your employees care about their customers and store condition here. Will be passing up your new store and heading here for my coffee needs and gas

One of the worst 7/11 I’ve been to. Employee refused to give my wife receipt, the receipt was needed to unlock the digital products that were bought thereWhen a complaint was issued, the owner, John, called to settle the issue. I was talked over treated poorly on the phone and called a punk, I’ll admit I was rude back, But with how poorly this is store ran and how bad of customer service is consistently given it’s hard to remain calm when talking to John this is an avoid at all cost kind of 7/11a 2.2 star rating should tell you something

This is the worst and rudest store ever. If you like pretentious politically correct old snobs to steal your money snd criticize you, then this is your place to go. The store is dirty, the staff does not care and are rude, and they seem incompetent because i went their on 2 separate occasions and 2 different cashiers that worked here made a mistake on the register and instead of adjusting the ticket they sent it through and voided it so i have to wait 7-10 business days for my money. I will not return a 3rd time and i recommend you don't go for the first time.

I asked the lady to put my pizza inside of the oven for fresh pizza and it’s 9:12 she said no we already turned off the oven and laughed . that’s not good customer service and when someone ask for fresh pizza that’s what u give them BAD 7/11

Was shouted at to “Speak up!” By the elderly employee. I go here often due to it being close to where I live but the customer service has always been awful. The problems that occur are always the customer’s faults and condescended when not knowing the in-and-outs of their store. Terrible.
