Teller was very eager to help me. I was concerned that $54.06 payment was not taken out of my amccount. Dud not look like it on my end. She assured me that it was withdrawn by a medical facility I had made arrangements to pay. She assured me that they balanced my account correctly. On line, though, it did not look that way. But she did help me and I appreciated that. I love 1st source, been with them since I was a teenager. I'm now 71.

Awful ATM service. Over the last month, 5 out of 6 times I've been it was under construction or out of service. It's not even worth trying to go here at this point and I'll just avoid it for a while

Younger blond women in drive thru..has the personality of dry wall. Can't say hello or goodbye. Doesn't ask you about your transaction and when you tell her, after she completes it on her own, she's super rude .

Try a bad bank. This is not a credit union that knows customers by name. The 1-800 is absolutely embarrassing. Horrible customer service. Alexis or Alexa I'm sorry about name being wrong is great. Andy the (branch manager) is reason enough to not due service with this bank.

Worst financial institution ever.. Shawndra Rutledge was very unprofessional and rude to me. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, FTC and 1st source corporate offices. Shawndra Rutledge will lie directly to you.

Literally the worst bank in Mishawaka. The rudest people , slowest service. It takes them LITERALLY 5 hours for them to complete literally just entering deposits. Highly don’t recommend. Worst bank ever.

Missing money from my account which happens every 2 to 3 months they never helped me with the situation. I complained they called back and forced me to close my account. They lied about the whole situation. Bye then!

My microsoft account got hacked. Someone bought $450 worth of games on my account. I disputed the purchases and opened up a fraud investigation. The bank denied the claim and said there is nothing they can do. I've been a customer for 12 years. Unreal. I'll be taking my money to a bank that cares about customers.

Only location I prefer to go to! Super sweet staff, I love them all! I’m a normal, so I get greeted along with my name it’s funny but a nice feeling that I’m welcomed. Michelle is a main one who takes care of my money and never have complaints! I can always trust her!
