He showed respect to his employee without talking down to her when she asked multiple questions.He was patient and communicated to me the steps in my transaction which did seem to occur everyday. “The leader in Banks! Automatic cash deposits immediately! One of the 1st banks to have this option & mobile snap deposits bc in the NW if USA big chain banks are few & far between. CSRs have always been helpful & forgiving. Some perk options have changed which I miss. Like debuts & points to redeem for gift cards or more CASH, 3day o/d waiting protection. But it's still my favorite. Dumdums & doggie biscuits upon request*”
